Objetivo: Revisar sobre a ocorrência do câncer ginecológico concomitante à gravidez, e sistematizar as informações sobre os principais manejos do câncer cervical durante as diferentes fases da gestação. Métodos: Revisão integrativa da literatura dos últimos 5 anos realizada a partir da pesquisa na base de dados Pubmed, utilizando as palavras chaves “câncer cervical”, “gravidez” e “tratamento”. Dos 420 estudos disponibilizados, 16 foram selecionados, de acordo com os critérios de inclusão e exclusão pré-determinados, para análise de dados. Resultados: O manejo depende de diversos fatores, como a idade gestacional, estadiamento do câncer e consentimento informado da gestante com base em seus desejos sobre o prosseguimento da gravidez. O tratamento da paciente pode ser priorizado ou pode-se aguardar a maturidade fetal, com quimioterapia neoadjuvante até o momento do parto, de acordo o consenso entre o médico e a paciente. Considerações finais: A maioria das lesões cervicais durante a gravidez tem bom prognóstico, e, para o adequado manejo clínico, o tratamento das gestantes deve ser individualizado, levando em consideração as características biopsicossociais e éticas de cada paciente.
