Atualmente, o hipogonadismo secundário é tratado com testosterona exógena. O Citrato de clomifeno (CC) e a gonadotrofina coriônica humana (hCG) estão sendo introduzidos de forma “off-label” como terapia, visto que apresentam menores efeitos colaterais e permitem a manutenção da espermatogênese. O presente estudo trata-se de uma Revisão Integrativa literatura a fim de avaliar o uso dessas medicações para o tratamento do hipogonadismo secundário. Foram encontrados 174 artigos no total, dos quais, após a leitura do texto completo, 9 foram incluídos para análise dos dados. Todos os artigos confirmam a ação benéfica do Citrato de Clomifeno e/ou hCG no tratamento do hipogonadismo secundário, seja em monoterapia ou combinados com outras medicações.
