This article examines the priority focus of discussion in the Council Dhikr with anyone who narrated about Dhikr Majlis virtue , How takhrij and i'tibar sanad hadith about the virtues Dhikr Majlis And How content (sermon) Hadith about Dhikr Majlis virtue. The method used to answer the focus of the study is a library with researcusing a normative approach that emphasizes the descriptive analysis of the data sources were found. The results showed that the hadith is narrated by (1)al-Bukhariy (2) Muslims and (3) Ahmad Bin Hanbal. The chain of 3 mukharrij through five lanes of chains with all four met in tabaqah to behold from the Bahz of Suhail of facet of Abu Huraira. takhrij activities and I'tibar of Ahmad bin Hanbal path carefully, found the transmitters of the chain as follows: (1) Abu Huraira as the last chain of narrators first (2) facet as both narrator chain V, (3) Suhail as a third narrator chain IV, (4) behold a fourth chain of narrators III (5) Affan as the fifth chain of narrators II and (6) Ahmad bin Hanbal as well as the last narrator al-Mukharrij al-Hadith. secar implicit when observed honor traditions of Ahmad ibn Hanbal, coming from Yahya ibn Sa'id from 'Abdallah ibn Sa'eed Mawla of Abi Ziyad Abu Ayyash from Darda' that the Prophet it to my question as to the content of the question is the Messenger of Allah said: "Shall I show you do the best, the most holy in the sight of your king (God), and the lifting derajatmu; be better for you than gold or silver, and better for you than meeting your enemies-in, and then you cut off his head or they cut your throat". Implementation of an effective, efficient and targeted Islamic education process requires the linkage of several elements such as: adequate educational resources, institutions that play an active role in accommodating, direct and indirect support from government institutions and policies because achieving educational goals requires optimal support from the community. various aspects so that the education process can be carried out in accordance with the objectives of the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003 article 12 paragraph (1) letter a. Although the emergence of Islamic education actually did not come from power, but from religious teachings which were then judged to be good so that they were applied and became the philosophy of the state. Still, Islamic education is in the grip of power. As in establishing a boarding school or institution, it is required to ask permission from the power. Thus, Islamic education and power cannot be separated because there is an interaction that requires and depends on each other.
This study aims to analyze the shape of the role of parents in optimizing children's dependence on smartphones in the Bima area in particular. The form of smartphone use in children can be classified at high, medium, and low levels. Low category if the use of smartphones is only during free time for example when coming home from school or after studying and the duration of use is only half an hour. Medium category is if smartphone usage ranges from 40 to 60 minutes in one use 2 to 3 times per day. However, if the use of smartphones has a duration of more than 60 minutes per day continuously or more than 120 minutes in one use, it can be categorized as a high level of smartphone use and can be said to have an attitude of dependence. The data collection techniques used are: (1) observation; (2) interviews; (3) documentation. Research results In carrying out its role in optimizing smartphone dependence experienced by their children, parents have their own way and the impact of smartphone dependence experienced by children in the Bima area, namely, disrupting sleep patterns, disrupting the learning process and the impact financially or economically. If this is allowed to continue, this will have a serious impact on children in the future, children will tend to be more concerned with smartphones than other more important things. In addition, the child will become a lazy person and it will affect the success of his life in the future.
