O Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) é um distúrbio do neurodesenvolvimento que pode comprometer a comunicação de maneira verbal ou não verbal, com manifestação de movimentos repetitivos e momentos de distanciamento do contato com a realidade. Assim, é fundamental a inclusão do tratamento fisioterapêutico precocemente para desenvolver as funções das atividades de rotina, como também a melhoria da evolução do desenvolvimento da coordenação e interação interpessoal. O objetivo desse trabalho é discutir a importância da atuação do profissional fisioterapeuta no atendimento de pessoas com Transtorno do Espectro Autista. Trata-se de uma revisão narrativa de literatura. Para este artigo foram feitas buscas manuais na plataforma Google Scholar e selecionados artigos pertinentes à temática para composição das referências. A partir dos dados apresentados, identifica-se que o papel do fisioterapeuta no atendimento de pessoas com TEA é possibilitar melhorias tanto motoras como mentais a partir de técnicas que estimulem a proximidade ao paciente, diálogo, integração social e trabalho de independência do paciente de maneira lúdica. Assim, primeiro no que se refere ao estabelecimento motor, existe a construção comunicativa que define a relação de confiança com o paciente. Por fim, compreende-se a importância da atuação do fisioterapeuta no atendimento ao paciente com TEA, dado a necessidade de estímulos motores e sensoriais. É importante ressaltar a necessidade de intervenção precoce para melhores respostas ao tratamento e adaptação ao espaço. Dessa maneira, a evolução nos aspectos motores e sensoriais auxiliam na melhoria da qualidade de vida e integração social dos indivíduos.
Os estudos que discutem a temática do estágio desenvolvido pelos graduandos são imprescindíveis ao aperfeiçoamento desta atividade de aprendizagem, sendo Administração uma das áreas que mais oferece oportunidades de estágio. Face ao exposto, o objetivo geral deste estudo foi analisar as limitações e contribuições do estágio para a formação de graduandos em Administração à luz da produção acadêmica nacional. No que se refere aos procedimentos metodológicos, realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, do tipo exploratória, descritiva e bibliográfica, respaldada no método de revisão sistemática da literatura. Dentre os principais resultados encontrados, destacaram-se como limitações a dificuldade dos graduandos para conciliar as atividades acadêmicas com o estágio, bem como a pressão sofrida pelos estudantes e a vigência de contratos em situações precárias. Por outro lado, quando desenvolvido adequadamente, o estágio contribui para melhorar a compreensão das questões acadêmicas, aumentar a empregabilidade dos graduandos e ampliar seu processo de socialização.
O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar os fundamentos e impactos da Resolução n. 569/2019 do Conselho Federal de Administração (CFA) nesta área de formação. No que se refere aos procedimentos metodológicos, realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, do tipo exploratória, descritiva, documental e de campo. Dentre os principais resultados, destaca-se que o principal fundamento constituinte da Resolução n. 569/2019 do CFA é um Acordo de Cooperação Técnica firmado entre o Ministério Público do Trabalho e alguns conselhos profissionais. No que se refere aos impactos da Resolução n. 569/2019 do CFA, constatou-se que graduandos da área de Administração estão perdendo oportunidades de estágio em virtude das exigências do referido documento. Por sua vez, aqueles que conseguem estagiar em empresas cujos supervisores são formados em Administração relataram uma experiência positiva com tais profissionais.
