Autologous serum therapy is effective in a significant proportion of ASST (+) patients with CU. A smaller but still substantial number of ASST (-) patients also benefited from this treatment.

We observed a high incidence of Gram-negative isolates with clinically significant resistance to first-line antibiotics such as cephalosporin's, piperacillin tazobactum, and fluoroquinolones.

The computed tomographic (CT) appearance of chylous ascites is usually that of water with corresponding attenuation coefficients. This case report depicts the fat-fluid level sign on CT (shown by supine and decubitus scans), which is pathognomonic of chylous ascites.

FOLFOX-4 is an effective and well-tolerated regimen as a second-line treatment in advanced gall bladder cancer patients. Further studies are required, especially in the Indian subcontinent.
