Artikel ini membahs tentang Koordinasi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dengan Kepala Desa dalam Perencanaan Pembangunan di Desa Laikang Kabupaten Takalar. dan apa faktor-faktor yang menghambat Koordinasi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dengan Kepala Desa dalam Perencanaan Pembangunan di Desa Laikang Kabupaten Takalar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan pengambilan informan sebanyak 6 (enam) orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling bahwa informan memiliki pengetahuan dan informasi mengenai permasalahan yang diteliti yakni, Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, Kepala Desa, Perangkat Desa dan Tokoh Masyarakat Desa. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrument berupa; Observasi dan Dokumentasi serta dikembangkan Wawancara terhadap informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa koordinasi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dengan Kepala Desa dalam Perencanaan Pembangunan yaitu bentuk kerjasama, kesatuan tindakan, dan komunikasi. koordinasi antara Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dan kepala Desa menunjukan koordinasi yang baik, hanya saja dalam pelaksanaan tugas pokok dan fungsinya Badan Permusyawaratan Desa di Desa Laikang belum maksimal terutama dalam menampung aspirasi masyarakat. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi komunikasi politik terdiri dari; a). Faktor pendukung koordinasi yaitu masyarakat dan Pola hubungan kerjasama dengan pemerintah desa; b). Faktor penghambat koordinasi yaitu sarana, pola komunikasi, tidak memahmi fungsi dan Tidak ada sosialisasi dari pemerintah desa terkait dengan fungsi BPD.
This research aims to produce models and learning tools that are valid, effective, and practical to improve students' creative thinking abilities. The research method used is development research adopted from the 4-D Model, which is modified through four stages, namely the defining stage, the design stage, the development stage, and the disseminate stage. This research is designed to take place in two stages, namely: the first stage produces an initial prototype design of learning devices. The second phase aims to develop valid, effective and practical models and learning tools. The development activities are carried out with the following steps: development of draft devices and models, validation, and trials. The trial was conducted on 30 students majoring in family welfare education department in the second semester of 2017/2018 academic year and simultaneously became the subject of this study. The results showed that the inquiry learning model obtained to be valid, effective, and practical. The implementation of the Inquiry Learning model was responded positively by students with an average of 90.66%. The learning modules that were used as supporting tools in learning obtained 87.33% and instruments for learning achievement tests by 86.8%. Overall positive responses given by students amounted to 92.64% with a good category, so it can be said that these models and devices are practically used.
One of the media products that have the ability to change people’s knowledge, attitudes and behavior is advertising. Advertising is a form of communication between producers, consumers and audiences by utilizing mass media, so that messages can be accepted by audiences globally and simultaneously. The advertising communication contains information about the existence of the product through words, images, writing and voice which are packaged in such an attractive way to encourage audiences to purchase the advertised products. This study aims to analyze and raise the meaning of the signifier, signified, denotative and connotative as well as the moral messages contained in the Apache cigarette advertisement version of My Life, My Way, which is broadcast on television media. Lifting a story about the success story of man in his coffee making business. To examine this problem thoroughly and deeply, a qualitative descriptive approach and Roland Barthes’ semiotic analysis were used. Semiotics is considered appropriate to find out or decipher something that is behind the sign meaning of the advertisement. In this study, it is concluded that the meaning of the signifier, signified, denotative and connotative is listed in several signs such as coffe, humans, NTT areas, facial expressions and unyielding efforts. The moral message that is conveyed is that it takes a resilient and unyielding nature when trying to achieve success, trusting in our abilities as a support to improve our lives for the better and be grateful for whatever results we get because of the good and bad things that happen to us is something that has been arranged by Allah SWT.
Community participation in the making of regulations is one form of democratic government, and therefore the community should be given the widest possible space for he highest authority in the country adopts democracy. People are expected to not only enjoy the development alone, but is also expected to set about to the end of development where it is directed, therefore people should be included from the rulemaking will be guiding and controlling up to implementation and evaluation as well. Community participation in the development process means that people also take part responsible, in the future if an error occurs or deviations in development. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembuatan perda merupakan salah satu wujud pemerintahan yang demokratis, oleh sebab itu masyarkat perlu diberi ruang yang seluas-luasnya karena dialah pemegang kekuasaan tertinggi dalam negara yang menganut paham demokrasi. Rakyat diharapkan bukan sekedar menikmati pembangunan semata, akan tetapi juga diharapkan menata hendak kemana akhirnya pembangunan itu diarahkan, oleh sebab itu rakyat hendaknya diikut sertakan mulai dari pembuatan peraturan yang akan menjadi penuntun dan pengendali sampai kepada pelaksanaan dan sekaligus evaluasi. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses pembangunan berarti masyarakat juga ikut serta bertanggung jawab, apabila dikemudian hari terjadi kesalahan atau penyimpangan dalam pembangunan.
This study aims to obtain learning tools with a valid, effective, and practical Inquiry learning model to improve students’ creative thinking skills. This research is research and development. Implemented using the 4 D model of the Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel models through four stages: the defining stage, the design phase, the development stage, and the disseminate stage. The subjects of this study were 35 students majoring in family welfare education even in the academic year 2019/2020. The results of this study are: 1) A learning device with a valid, effective, and practical Inquiry model has been obtained and has been responded positively by the kitchen subjects to improve students’ thinking skills. IL), modules/textbooks with the Inquiry Learning model (IL) and the Inquiry learning guide model books on Kitchen Tools that are valid, effective, and practical. Juda has produced IPR for model guidance.
