Muhammad ibn is a Mujtahid Imam, founder of the Syafi'i madzhab, which is spread throughout the world and whose madzhab include the majority in Indonesia. In addition to being one of the Madzāhib al-'Arba'ah figure and pioneer of Us} ūl al-Fiqh sciences, Imam al-Syafi'i is also known as muh} addits with his extraordinary thoughts to defend the h} adīts of the Rasulullah SAW. To find out how Imam al-Syafi'i's thoughts about h} adīts, the author uses qualitative research metods and library research types. This research aims to find out how Imam al-Syafi'i's thoughts about h} adīts. Furthermore, the author also describes the contributions that have been given by Imam al-Syafi'I until he obtained the title of Nās} ir al-Sunnah. The result of the research is Imam al-Syafi'i's thoughts about h} adīts that he was written in several his works. He set the criteria in the field of h} adīts scince with a careful attitude. This is to avoid fabrication the narration of the Prophet's h} adīts so that its authenticity is maintained. His enthusiasm in upholding h} adīts from several groups who reject h} adīts as a source of Islamic law after the holy al-Qur'an, creating phenomenal works among Muslims, he has all tried to open the minds of the zindiq to h} adīts Rasulullah SAW. With various efforts and hard work assigned by Imam al-Syafi'i, the Muslims pinned the title to him as Nās} ir al-Sunnah.
Pendahuuan: Diabetes mellitus (DM) merupakan suatu penyakit dimana terdapat sekumpulan gangguan metabolisme yang ditandai dengan perubahan metabolisme lipid dan protein yang disebabkan oleh hiperglikemia, sekresi insulin, kerja insulin, ataupun keduanya. Kulit semangka mengandung senyawa fenolik yang bekerja menghambat proses oksidatif yang disebabkan oleh radikal bebas. Disisi lain, bawang putih mengandung antioksidan berupa senyawa allisin yang dapat meningkatkan sekresi insulin dan menurunkan kadar glukosa plasma. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya efek kombinasi dan dosis efektif kombinasi ekstrak etanol mesokarp semangka (Citrullus lanatus (Thunb.)) dan bawang putih (Allium sativum L.) dalam menurunkan kadar glukosa darah tikus diabetes. Metode: Metode pada penelitian ini adalah GOD-PAP, hewan uji tikus sebanyak 30 ekor dibagi 6 kelompok perlakuan, kemudian diukur kadar glukosa darah selama 14 hari. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analis1is SPSS menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan dosis kombinasi ekstrak etanol mesokarp semangka dan bawang putih memiliki efek sebagai menurunkan kadar glukosa darah. Hasil: Pada dosis kombinasi mesokarp semangka 400mg/kg BB tikus dan bawang putih dosis 500 mg/kg BB tikus (kelompok 5) rerata sebesar 134,71 mg/dL memiliki efek paling mendekati kontrol positif (glibenklamid) rerata sebesar 145,03 mg/dL dalam menurunkan glukosa darah pada tikus yang diinduksi aloksan berdasarkan analisis One Way ANOVA tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Kesimpulan: Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kombinasi esktrak etanol mesokarp semangka dan bawang putih menghasilkan efek yang dapat menurunkan glukosa darah.
This study aims to analyze the provision of teacher strengthening, learning motivation, and to determine the effect of giving reinforcement teachers on student's learning motivation SD Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Surabaya. The subjects of this study were students in grades II, III, IV and V with 77 students. This type of research used quantitative descriptive with correlation methods. The technique of collecting data used a questionnaire. The instrument has been validated by expert lecturers in the field of education and by using SPSS calculations. The data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis and non-parametric statistics with Spearman rank correlation test analysis. The results showed that giving teachers' reinforcement was included in the quite good category with 45.45%, the students' motivation in learning was included in the good category with 46.75%, the effect of giving reinforcement and learning motivation has a positive and significant effect between teachers reinforcement on learning motivation of SD Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Surabaya. The findings showed that the results of the Spearman rank correlation test on the correlation coefficient value was 0.578 with a significant level value of 0.01 (0.578 > 0.01) while the value of sig. of 0.00 with a significant level of 0.01 (0.00 < 0.01). Giving teachers' reinforcement on learning motivation was included in the moderate category at a correlation coefficient of 0.578 (0.40-0.599).
Abstract. This study aims to examine the effect of participatory budgeting and leadership style on managerial performance at bank BJB Bandung. In a company, a managerial performance is needed to assess how far the institution/organization can implement its vision, mission so that public services can be realized and of course need someone who is able to run it to achieve the goal. In general, the company&goal is to optimize its profits, one of the variables that can achieve this goal is good managerial performance. Good managerial performance can be achieved by companies that have a participatory budgeting process and also a leadership style that can encourage the achievement of good managerial performance. The research method used in this study is a survey and verification method with a quantitative approach. The source of data used in this study is the primary data source obtained from the BJB bank in the city of Bandung. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling with the criteria that the manager at the BJB bank in Bandung City. Hypothesis testing used in this research is using multiple regression analysis with results showing that participatory budgeting has no effect on managerial performance and leadership style affects managerial performance. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penganggaran partisipatif dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja manajerial di bank BJB Kota Bandung. Di suatu perusahaan sangat diperlukan suatu kinerja manajerial untuk menilai seberapa jauh lembaga/organisasi dapat menerapkan visi, misinya supaya pelayanan publik bisa terwujud dan tentunya perlu seseorang yang mampu menjalankan untuk mencapai tujuan. Pada umumnya tujuan perusahaan adalah mengoptimalkan labanya, salah satu variable yang dapat untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah kinerja manajerial yang baik. Kinerja manajerial yang baik dapat dicapai oleh perusahaan yang memiliki proses penganggaran partisipatif dan juga gaya kepemimpinan yang dapat mendorong tercapainya kinerja manajerial yang baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survai dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer yang diperoleh dari bank BJB kota Bandung. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan criteria yaitu manajer di bank BJB Kota Bandung. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa penganggaran partisipatif tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajeial.
