Resumo: O presente artigo tem o objetivo de refletir sobre os impactos emocionais gerados pela pandemia de COVID-19 e pela crise sanitária dela decorrente, a partir do referencial teóricometodológico da psicanálise. É apresentada uma revisão bibliográfica sobre o que tem sido produzido a respeito deste tema, destacando que o sofrimento psíquico, mobilizado durante a pandemia, decorre de dois fatores principais: o medo da doença, potencializado pelo excesso de informações, ou mesmo pela desinformação, e pela angústia decorrente do isolamento social.Estabelece-se, na sequência, um diálogo entre a situação atual vida e obra de Freud, retomando principalmente seus escritos sobre morte, guerra e sofrimento psíquico. Evidencia-se que, assim como tais escritos foram, de algum modo, uma forma de Freud elaborar os acontecimentos da época, escrever sobre a pandemia do coronavírus nos proporcionou olhar para nossas próprias emoções, acolhê-las e ressignificá-las.
O presente artigo objetiva abordar, a partir da perspectiva psicanalítica, as vicissitudes de crianças, em transição do acolhimento institucional a uma família adotiva, dando especial atenção ao processo de vinculação à nova família. São apresentadas questões sobre a legislação e os trâmites processuais da adoção, e, em seguida, apresentados recortes da teoria psicanalítica sobre a vivência do abandono, da separação da família de origem, do luto e da formação de novos vínculos, situações comuns às crianças em adoção tardia. O método utilizado é o estudo de caso, no qual se busca elucidar a vivência de uma criança, em vias de adoção. A análise dos resultados aponta que a adotanda ainda não havia vivenciado o luto quanto à impossibilidade de seu retorno à sua família de origem, sendo interrompido o processo de aproximação com os pretendes à adoção. Aponta-se a necessidade da escuta e da preparação da criança para vivenciar o processo adotivo, avaliando sua condição e disponibilidade psíquica para ser inserida em uma nova família. Conclui-se que o fato de a criança estar juridicamente apta à adoção, não corresponde a estar emocionalmente pronta para essa mudança em sua vida. Evidencia-se, assim, a importância da atuação do psicólogo judiciário neste contexto.
