the electrical, mechanical and physical properties of carbon nanotubes have been applied in different fields. The fabrication new composite materials of carbon nanotubes by various methods illustrates how new avenues are used in many areas of science and technology. The coating method of carbon nanotubes is one of the fabrication techniques. This review therefore, aims to present a general lid on different kinds of coating methods employed to fabricate new composite materials of carbon nanotubes. Their potential applications are also addressed. The key conditions of preferable coating methods that commensurate with CNT antennas applications are then proposed in this paper.
Video compression is the process of decreasing the number of bits required to represent a certain video. Video compression can be done by a specific algorithm for deciding the most ideal approach to reduce the amount of data storage. The video file is coded in such a way that consuming less space than the original file and is easier to transmit over the Internet. The basic idea of video compression based on removing the redundant data that exists in the video. There are four types of redundancy in digital video: colorize redundancy, temporal redundancy, statistical redundancy, and spatial redundancy. Video compression algorithms must reduce these redundancies in such a way that keep the quality of the compressed video when the decompression process is done. Most video compression techniques consist of the following steps: Motion Estimation,Motion Compensation, Discrete Cosine Transform, Run Length Encoding, Huffman Coding. Frame Difference. This paper discusses the characteristic of video coding from the scratch of key frame selection to the evolutions of various standards
Image segmentation is the most critical functions in image analysis and processing. Image segmentation is a mechanism used to divide an image into multiple segments. It will make image smooth and easy to evaluate. Segmentation is the most essential and crucial process for facilitating the delineation, characterization, and visualization of regions of interest in a particular image. The main goal is to make image more simple and meaningful. This survey present background reviews of various image segmentation techniques, evaluates them and presents the issues related to those techniques.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
