ÖzÇalışmada; iş-aile çatışması ve aile-iş çatışması yaşayan kişilerin, yaşadıkları çatışma düzeyleri ile özyeterliliklerine yönelik inançları arasında ilişki olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca işten aileye ve aileden işe yönelik olan çatışmaların hangisinin daha fazla olduğu; bunların ikisi arasında anlamlı fark olup olmadığı, yine cinsiyet, medeni durum, çalışılan sektör, yaş, eğitim durumu, çocuk sayısı, işyeri kıdemi, toplam kıdem gibi demografik değişkenlere göre anlamlı farklılıkların bulunup bulunmadığı incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda işten aileye olan çatışmalar ve aileden işe olan çatışmalar ile özyeterlilik inancı arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunamamıştır. Demografik değişkenler açısından ise farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: İş-Aile Çatışması, Aile-İş Çatışması, Özyeterlilik. AbstractIn this study, work-family conflicts and family-work conflicts were investigated whether there was a relationship between the level of conflict they experienced and their beliefs about self-efficacy. In addition, it has been researched which of conflicts from the work to family and from the family to work is more. It was also examined whether there were significant differences between workfamily conflicts and family-work conflicts and whether there were any significant differences according to demographic variables such as gender, marital status, sector, age, educational status, number of children, workplace seniority, total seniority. As a result of the research, there was no significant relationship between self-efficacy beliefs and work-family conflicts and family-work conflicts. Differences were found in terms of demographic variables.
