Em culturas propagadas por sementes, a qualidade da semeadura é indispensável para que seja alcançada altas produtividades, sendo que a variabilidade de espaçamentos entre plantas é uma das causas de redução na produtividade. O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a variabilidade espacial e a qualidade na semeadura de soja. Foi utilizado uma malha amostral com 100 pontos espaçados em 50 m, no qual determinou-se o estande de plantas e a uniformidade de espaçamento entre plântulas, confeccionando mapas de variabilidade e cartas de controle. O estande de plantas, assim como os níveis de espaçamentos normais falhos e duplos ficaram fora dos limites agronômicos de controle.
