In this study, stress sources of teachers, ways to cope with stress and school-family life conflict levels of teachers were tried to be determined. The research was carried out with 210 teachers working in 18 schools consisting of kindergarten, primary school, middle school and high school under the Ministry of Education in Fındıklı district of Rize. The data of the study were obtained by using the scale of "Stress Sources of Teachers' Stress and Determination of Ways of Coping Scale" developed by Doğan (2008) and "Work-Family Conflict Scale" developed by İbrahim Efe Efeoğlu (2006). As sources of stress of teachers; they mostly see school opportunities and supervision problems and communication with colleagues and students. In addition, it was found that teachers mostly use methods such as having positive dialogues, spending time with their loved ones and dealing with their hobbies in coping with these stress factors. The most important finding of the teachers regarding the conflict between work and family life is that they have to change their plans about their families due to their job responsibilities. At the level of family work conflict, postponing what to do about work because of the needs of family-home life has also emerged as a conflict area.
