Purpose The purpose of this paper is to test what experience value factors are required to constitute customer value co-creation behavior. Design/methodology/approach The authors collected the opinions of 395 customers who had hospital experience in the last one year and the value they perceived from these experiences through random sampling. In addition, they tested the effect of the value perceived by the customers from these experiences on the customer value co-creation behavior with the partial least structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) model using Smart PLS 3 software. Findings The measurements had strong reliability and validity. In addition, PLS-SEM results showed that customer experience value had a positive and significant effect on customer value co-creation behavior. The results of the study have revealed that creating the perception of customer experience value is an important determinant of customer value co-creation behavior (customer citizenship behavior and customer participation behavior) in hospitals. Research limitations/implications The limitation of the study is that the study was conducted only in public hospitals. The application was carried out in only one city and two public hospitals. Practical implications It was concluded that customer experience value is the key factor for co-creation value in hospitals. Originality/value Achieving co-creation value is considered a key element in the success and competitive advantage of hospitals. In the study, it was seen that the perception of customer experience value is very important in the success of the companies. It is predicted that these results will make significant contributions to firm managers in the design of hospital journeys of customers, service improvement and service excellence efforts.

Nostalgia refers to individuals' feeling of longing for past periods and the emotional connection between people's past and present. Nostalgia proneness is very important in consumer preferences; it is seen that consumers who have nostalgia proneness reflect these characteristics to their product and service preferences. Consumer-based brand equity is defined as the differentiator brand perception resulting from the comparison of the information of a brand with the information about other brands and the customer response that occurs thereafter. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the effect of the nostalgia proneness on consumer-based brand equity. The scale of nostalgia proneness used in the research consists of one dimension and the scale of consumer-based brand equity used in the research consists of four sub-dimensions which are perceived the image, perceived quality, brand awareness, and brand loyalty. The survey form developed for this purpose was applied to the individuals traveling with eastern express. The study is conducted with valid 415 survey forms. According to the analysis, nostalgia proneness affects the perceived image, perceived quality, brand awareness and brand loyalty which are subdimensions of consumer-based brand equity significantly. In addition, nostalgia proneness varies according to age, but it does not differ according to gender, occupation, and region.

Kişilerin sahip oldukları kültürel nitelikler, yaşam tarzının belirlenmesi, değer yargılarının oluşumu ve tercihlerinin şekillenmesinde oldukça önemli bir yere sahiptir. Dindarlık ve milliyetçilik kavramları ise kültürün başlıca öğeleri arasında yer almaktadır. Bu bağlamda yapılan bu çalışmanın amacı, dindarlık, yurtseverlik ve milliyetçilik gibi üç önemli kültürel enstrümanın, tüketicilerin satın alma davranışları üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektir. Oluşturulan hipotezleri test etmek amacıyla, kolayda örneklem seçme metodu ile 391 tüketici üzerinde anket uygulanarak, araştırma verileri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler ışığında, frekans, faktör ve farklılık testleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda tüketicilerin, ilaç ve otomobil ithalatına olumlu bakarken yiyecek, hazır giyim, mobilya, televizyon ve kozmetik ürünlerinin ithalatına sıcak bakmadıkları tespit edilmiştir.

Küreselleşmenin ve ilerleyen teknolojinin hayatın her alanında etkisini, işletmelerin sadece maddi değil manevi olarak da bir rekabet ortamında olduklarını gözlemleyerek de anlayabiliyoruz. Yapılan bu çalışmanın amacı ; kurumsal itibarın sağlanmasında teknolojinin bize sunduğu ve günlük yaşantımızın her anını kapsar hale gelmiş olan sosyal medyanın etkin rolünü, kurumsal itibar lideri olan firmaların sosyal medya paylaşımlarının incelenmesi ile sunmaktır. Çalışmada incelenen altı farklı sektörde bulunan kurumların en fazla kullandıkları sosyal medya araçları vasıtasıyla yaptıkları paylaşımlar içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak incelenmiştir.Ayrıca Fombrun'un belirttiği kurumsal itibar bileşenleri bağlamında içerik analizi yapılmıştır.

İşletmeler için önemli olan marka evangelizmi kavramı tüketicilerin kendi tercihleri olan markayı diğer tüketicilerin de seçmesi için onları ikna etmeye çalışmalarını ifade etmektedir. Bu süreçte marka evangelistleri özellikle karar vermede güçlük yaşayan tüketicileri karşılığında hiçbir ücret beklemeden etkileyebilmektedirler. Bu çalışmada marka evangelizminin oluşumunda marka bilgisi ve tüketici-marka ilginliğinin etkisinin belirlenmesi ve bu ilişkide dışa dönüklük ile deneyime açıklık kişilik özelliklerinin rolünün ortaya koyulması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu kapsamda Samsung, Apple iPhone ve Huawei marka cep telefonu kullanan tüketicilere kolayda örneklem yöntemi kullanılarak online anket uygulanmış olup, 518 soru kağıdı üzerinden veriler elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonunda marka bilgisinin hem tüketici-marka ilginliği üzerinde hem de marka evangelizmi üzerinde olumlu etkisi olduğu görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte tüketici-marka ilginliğinin marka evangelizmi üzerinde olumlu etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca bu etkilerde dışa dönüklük ve deneyime açıklık kişilik özelliklerinin rolü de belirlenmiştir.

Emotional intelligence that expresses the ability of the individual to self-knowledge, to use his feelings wisely, and to manage relationships among people is an important influence on entrepreneurship. In this study, it tried to determine the degree of this interaction between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship. In this framework, a questionnaire form developed for the students who have taken courses in entrepreneurship and who are studying at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Kafkas University has been implemented. According to the result of the analyses, personal awareness and adaptation to conditions and environment, which are from sub-dimensions of emotional intelligence, are positively correlated with entrepreneurship tendency. In addition, it was determined that the interpersonal relationships which is from sub-dimensions of emotional intelligence, is not related to entrepreneurship tendency.

Küreselleşen pazar koşullarında tüketiciler satın alma davranışını gerçekleştirirken küresel bir tutum sergilemektedir. Bu tutum bütün dünyadaki tüketicileri etkilemektedir ve benzer alışkanlıklara sahip tüketiciler ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu açıdan tüketicilerin kişilik özelliklerini ve hangi kişilik tipinde değerlendirilmesi gerektiğini bilmek oldukça önemli hale gelmiştir. Bu doğrultuda Kafkas Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi öğrencileri üzerine çalışma yapılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmada küresel tüketici kültürüne yatkın olan kişilik tipleri incelenmiş ve küresel tüketici kültürüne yatkınlığın küresel marka satın alma niyeti üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda; küresel tüketici kültürüne yatkınlığın kişilik tipine göre farklılık gösterdiği, küresel tüketici kültürüne yatkınlığın ise küresel marka satın alma niyetini etkilediği saptanmıştır.
