Introduction. The urgency of the vertically integrated structures analysis of agroindustrial production is condi-tioned by the need to ensure the food security of the state, create export potential, and ensure the enterprises competitiveness and structural modernization of production. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the content and essence of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the integration of agricultural enterprises. Results. The promotion factors of agroindustrial complex development are determined. The directions for develop-ing domestic relations in various integration forms are provided. The geographical features of territorial development of rural space in Ukraine are considered. The decisive factors for the spatial organization of the countryside are identified. The main goals of the strategy of agroindustrial complex development are defined. The features of clusters are distinguished inherent in complex economic systems: polycentricity, that is the presence of a number of leading organizations implementing the idea of balanced management of the cluster entities development; co-directional development is the only vector of cluster entities development; adequate display of synergistic effect on the basis of increasing the integrity degree according to the emergence law. The efficiency factors of the clustering processes of the agro-industrial complex are determined: institutional, tech-nical-economic, production-economic, market conditions, economic-geographical, financial-investment, agrarian policy and scientific and technical. The circumstances of the need for in-depth development of a complex problem of improving the inter-sectoral exchange system of the region agro-industrial complex subjects have been identified. The structure of key fac-tors that determine the equivalence level of interbranch exchange in the agroindustrial complex is provided, which includes: resource support, efficiency of interbranch exchange, factors of the intraeconomic environment, structural-institutional, or-ganizational and managerial, state regulation. Keywords: integration, agro-industrial production, cluster, factor, equivalence of interbranch exchange.
The influence of the side walls of a vibratory sieve on the motion of a loose mixture flow has been investigated. The regularities have been established of the flow motion parameters on the walls' height, the resistance of their surfaces, the length and distance between them. The condition has been defined for the occurrence, degree, character, as well as the region of the side walls' influence on the mixture motion over the entire area of a sieve. Increasing the height of the walls, the length and resistance of their surfaces increases the surface density and reduces the longitudinal velocity of a mixture near the near-wall region, causing the occurrence of the transverse velocity component and the uneven distribution of the specific load of the sieve. For the wall's steady parameters, there is a threshold of distance between them, at which the near-wall regions of uneven loading begin to interact with each other, thereby enhancing their influence on the flow. There occur the under-loaded and overloaded sites in the sieve that differ in the magnitude of deviations and area. The uneven loading area reaches 83 % of the sieve area while the magnitude of deviations in the specific loading is 26 %. A condition of the influence exerted by the side walls on a flow is exceeding the minimum values of the parameters: a wall height, h>4•10-3 m; the resistance of a wall surface, C z >2 kg/m 2 •s; a wall length, l>0.5 m. The side walls' influence leads to the formation of a near-wall region of the sieve's under-loaded and overloaded sites, whose deviations and area are the same. The magnitude of the wall's region of influence increases in proportion to the sieve length and acquires the shape of a rectangular triangle. To reduce the influence of the side walls, it is necessary to reduce the resistance of their surfaces, the sieve length, and to increase its width, to avoid the threshold distance between the walls and a simultaneous growth of their parameters. The patterns in the side walls' influence underlie the improvement of vibratory-sieve separators and the substantiation of their operation modes
The issues of agro-industrial enterprises integration are within the sphere of strategic planning. The author's vision of the category «strategy» is presented, which is an expression of the organization intentions aimed at achieving pre-selected goals through the allocation of limited resources (between organizational units, functions, regions, products, technologies). The main difference between strategic and other types of decisions is distinguished, which is a high level of generalization of its components’ description. The purpose formation question in the enterprise management structure of agroindustrial pro-duction in the context of factors of internal and external nature is investigated. One of the regularities of goal setting in the agro-food industry is highlighted, namely the close connection of the micro-, meso and macro levels. Thus, the realization of the goals of agro-complex development is determined by the choice of the most effective forms of integration and organiza-tion of diversified business structures. A departure from the classical understanding of the integration mechanism as a pro-cess of combining basic competencies through mergers and acquisitions has been made. The imperative of strategic manage-ment of the integration structural parameters in the formation of territorial-branch industrial complexes is formulated - obtaining a positive synergistic effect. For the territorial-industrial production formation for agro-complexes such form of integration as a cluster is proposed. In this case, the territorial-sectoral production agro-food complex, organized in the form of a cluster, is considered as a socio-economic system formed by a group of diversified economic entities that interact with each other through the exchange of services, people, technical ideas and information and resulting in synergistic effects com-petitive advantages. The features of cluster structures are distinguished: uniformity of elements; presence of centripetal forc-es; fuzziness and mobility of borders, configuration and internal structure; community resources; availability of internal infrastructure. The most important area of agro-food complex strategic management in modern conditions is recognized by the strategy formation of a marketing interaction with the external environment. In this regard, we propose a scorecard that allows us to evaluate the effectiveness of a firm's marketing interaction with a supplier, which primarily identifies a block of cost-effectiveness indicators and a block of social performance indicators. Keywords: agro-industry, agrarian enterprises, integration interaction, integrated associations, clusters, manage-ment.
The study is devoted to defining the essential content of integration as a process, revealing the features of integrated associations in terms of their structure, taking into account the specifics of agro-industrial production. The theoretical basis of the analysis was the understanding of the economic entities’ integration as a multi-level process of systemic transformation, which implies qualitative changes at each stage of integration growth. A concepts differentiation of the “subject” and “subjective factor” is presented based on the meaning understanding of the subject as a structure element of integrated associations. It is recognized that the economic entity acts as a carrier of certain properties and potentials, in particular – integrative, and subjective factor – the action of the subjects aimed at achieving a specific goal. In order to provide a methodological apparatus for qualitative systematic analysis of potential types, forms and methods of forming integrated associations of agricultural production enterprises, taking into account the specific objectives of the association, a typology of integration was proposed, which included decentralized integration, partially centralized integration and centralized integration. The levels of economic entities integration according to the elements that are part of the integration group are highlighted: the level of enterprise interaction, the level of corporate interaction, the level of industry interaction. Structural peculiarities of integrated structures functioning of agroindustrial production on cluster bases (based on rationalization of transformations in the field of interbranch exchange, structural reorganization and innovation-investment modernization of the enterprises-members of the unions, improvement of the level of economic efficiency and competitiveness due to obtaining synergistic effects of economic interaction) and on the basis of strategic alliances are disclosed. Network connections in the cluster structures development with an emphasis on the integration degree of these connections subjects are explored. The strategic management imperative of the integration structural parameters in the agro-food complex is formulated – the corporate structures organization in the form of industrial and social clusters, which is the nucleus around which suppliers, enterprises and consumers of other industries are closely connected with the cluster core of the territorial-industrial complex. Keywords: agro-industry, agrarian enterprises, integrated alliances, clusters, strategic alliances.
