Introdução: O APH pode ser definido como toda assistência realizada direta ou indiretamente fora do âmbito hospitalar, com o objetivo de solucionar positivamente ou amenizar o pedido de ajuda do indivíduo. O trabalho em uma instituição de APH exige muito da equipe, que se depara quase todo o tempo com situações desconhecidas em um ambiente muitas vezes desfavorável, sendo que o trabalho exige rapidez e agilidade. Ao final de uma jornada de trabalho pode-se observar que muitos profissionais se encontram esgotados tanto física quanto emocionalmente, o que coloca em risco a própria saúde. Objetivo: Posto isto, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo evidenciar na literatura atual quais os principais agentes estressores aos quais estão expostos os profissionais de urgência móvel. Material e métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, realizada em junho de 2017 nas bases de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde. Os critérios de inclusão foram: artigos publicados na íntegra, disponíveis online, em português, no período de 2011 a 2017. Resultados: Foram encontrados nas publicações analisadas três principais temáticas de acordo com o agrupamento dos conteúdos referentes ao modo de como o estresse ocupacional está presente na vida do enfermeiro que atua no cenário da urgência e emergência móvel: Estresse relacionado às particularidades do pré-hospitalar; Estresse relacionado às condições de serviço; Estratégias para prevenir e/ou reduzir o estresse. Conclusão: Verificou-se que o estresse experimentado em um ambiente pré-hospitalar móvel não é bem compreendido, pois não é possível generalizar a realidade observada nestes poucos estudos para todos os outros serviços dessa natureza. Logo é admitido que este assunto seja de grande relevância a ser discutido no meio acadêmico e com os gestores desses serviços, sendo fundamental que novos estudos possam ser comparados com estes achados para auxiliar no planejamento de adoção de medidas preventivas e de minimização do estresse laboral nos serviços de urgência móvel.
