Considerando a importância dos processos de formação continuada de profissionais da educação, objetiva-se analisar um movimento formativo de Gestores de Educação Especial no ano de 2020, durante a pandemia de Covid-19, por meio das funções mediadoras da relação teoria e prática, sustentada no referencial teórico de Habermas e os autores Carr e Kemmis. Realiza-se uma análise documental de cunho qualitativo do Grupo de Estudo-Reflexão: Gestão de Educação Especial enquanto processo formativo. Os grupos de estudo-reflexão estão alicerçados na pesquisa-ação e se constituem como grupos autorreflexivos. Identifica-se a realização das funções por meio das ações formativas organizadas e implementadas em um movimento cíclico durante o período analisado, além disso, os dados apontam ganhos positivos quando se trata do desenvolvimento autorreflexivo e a emancipação dos sujeitos envolvidos foram vivenciadas as funções mediadoras da relação teoria e prática. A identificação das funções mediadoras se constitui como importante meio de averiguação das condições que tornam possíveis a geração de conhecimentos que sejam valorosos para as redes de ensino. Defende-se a necessidade de discutir, pensar e investir em formações críticas como forma de romper paradigmas instituídos no bojo de uma racionalidade instrumental.
A pandemia ocasionada pela Covid-19 afetou de forma abrupta e emergencial diversas esferas mundiais da vida cotidiana, desencadeando diversas políticas e estratégias para tentar conter os índices de proliferação do vírus. No campo educacional foi preciso repensar concepções mais amplas acerca do processo de formação docente e das práticas pedagógicas. Diante desse contexto, o artigo tem como objetivo analisar os desafios e as possibilidades para a formação continuada de profissionais da educação na perspectiva da autorreflexão colaborativo-crítica no contexto de isolamento social ocasionado pela pandemia da Covid-19. Para isso, fundamenta-se na teoria de Jüngen Habermas por meio de duas concepções: a racionalidade comunicativa e a mediação teoria e práxis. Utiliza-se a perspectiva epistemológica e metodológica da pesquisa-ação colaborativo-crítica, a partir da autorreflexão colaborativo-crítica. Nesse processo, tomamos os argumentos dos profissionais participantes de um grupo de estudo-reflexão a partir de suas demandas, dos processos de aprendizagens e das ações de mudanças. Como resultados observamos a potência dos grupos de estudo-reflexão como alternativa aos modelos tradicionais de formação docente e com a construção de conhecimento com o outro, além disso podemos observar as possibilidades de utilização adequada das tecnologias virtuais em processos formativos e no desenvolvimento do pensamento reflexivo e da consciência crítica.
Resumo: O presente trabalho tem o objetivo de apresentar e discutir uma aula, buscando entender como metodologias alternativas de ensino auxiliam no processo de construção dos conceitos de Fases da Lua e Maré. A experiência foi desenvolvida no âmbito da disciplina de Metodologia do Ensino de Ciências do curso de Licenciatura em Ciências Biológicas da Universidade Federal de Lavras (UFLA). Além disso, o trabalho busca compreender a importância da disciplina no processo de formação inicial de professores. A aula teve como recursos pedagógicos um poema, um experimento, uma narrativa mítica e uma música, e com isso, foi construído junto com os alunos os conceitos de fases da Lua e sua interação com a Terra através da Maré, presente na Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) dentro da unidade temática 'Terra e o Universo". Ainda assim, o tema transversal: Pluralidade Cultural, também foi trabalhado através de uma narrativa mítica da Tribo Indígena Tembé. Ao final da aula ministrada os alunos fizeram duas avaliações, a primeira utilizando a paródia como ferramenta avaliativa para o conteúdo PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Ensino de ciências. Metodologia Alternativa.
