O estudo tem o objetivo de identificar os benefícios e contribuições que a educação em saúde proporciona a cuidadores domiciliares de crianças com Diabetes Mellitus tipo 1. Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura do tipo integrativa, realizado entre os meses de junho a agosto de 2021, através das respectivas plataformas virtuais que disponibilizam coleções selecionadas de periódicos científicos, foram estas LILACS, IBECS, MEDLINE e BDENF, cruzando com o operador booleano AND, foram encontrados 53 estudos, que após o processo de elegibilidade, restaram 8 pesquisas. A educação em saúde a cuidadores de crianças com diabetes mellitus tipo 1, é de fundamental importância, com o intuído de fornecer uma assistência segura, humanizada e efetiva, sendo as ações educativas voltadas principalmente para a adesão ao tratamento farmacológico e não farmacológico e ações direcionadas aos aspectos sociais e emocionais. Conclui-se que foi possível evidenciar através desse estudo a necessidade que os cuidadores possuem de uma promoção de saúde continua no domicilio.
Este estudo tem como objetivo, buscar na literatura as atividades realizadas pelos cuidadores para promover a criança com anemia falciforme uma melhor qualidade de vida, enfatizando a importância da assistência domiciliar. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo do tipo revisão integrativa da literatura. A coleta ocorreu nas bases de dados: Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS); base de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF) e portal Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). Os estudos foram coletados nos períodos de junho a julho de 2021, usados os descritores “Cuidadores; criança; Anemia Falciforme”, cruzados com os operadores booleanos “AND” e “OR”, localizados na lista dos Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DECs). Após aplicação dos critérios de elegibilidade, foram selecionados 9 estudos para a pesquisa. A principal dificuldade evidenciada nesse estudo, foi a falta de informações corretas dos cuidadores acerca da anemia falciforme, e a falta de interação entre profissionais da saúde e familiares, apontou-se efetividade nas atividades diárias de cuidado, como alimentação e higiene, e o manejo da dor nas crianças. Conclui-se que é necessária uma educação em saúde eficaz para essa população, pois a informação correta sobre a doença, é a base para uma assistência de qualidade no ambiente domiciliar.
Este estudo tem como objetivo buscar na literatura as atividades realizadas pela equipe de enfermagem no âmbito domiciliar para promover uma melhor qualidade de vida à pessoa com artrite reumatoide, enfatizando a importância da educação em saúde. Trata-se de um estudo do tipo revisão integrativa. A busca ocorreu nas bases de dados: LILACS; BDENF e no portal Scielo. Foram utilizados os descritores “Artrite reumatoide; Enfermagem domiciliar; Educação em saúde.”, selecionados na lista dos Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DECs), e cruzados com o operador booleano “AND” e “OR”. A pesquisa ocorreu no período de junho a julho de 2021. Após a aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, restaram 7 estudos usados na pesquisa. A assistência de enfermagem a pessoa com artrite reumatoide no âmbito domiciliar, apontou-se ser de extrema importância, desenvolvendo ações educacionais, de cuidado e incentivo ao autocuidado, atividades essas, que se efetivaram como fator essencial para o prognostico positivo do paciente. Conclui-se que o estudo é relevante à medida que proporciona conhecer as atividades desempenhadas pela equipe de enfermagem no âmbito domiciliar, apresentando conceitos e ações em todas as dimensões do cuidado, e assim estimula-se a produção de novos estudos acerca da temática, objetivando que futuramente as ações educacionais e de cuidado, sejam mais eficazes e presentes no âmbito domiciliar.
