(18)F-Flutemetamol performs similarly to the (11)C-PIB parent molecule within the same subjects and provides high test-retest replicability and potentially much wider accessibility for clinical and research use.
The design of a low cost high speed RAM based neural network PC-expansion board using standard components is presented. The hardware board implements an architecture similar to the WISARD architecture. The system is based upon a number of look up tables adressed by the input patterns. In order to obtain a fast implementation some constraints are imposed on the adressing scheme of the look up tables. Test results have shown that the classification performance is not significantly deteriorated by these constraints. The hardware provides a new classification every 1 80 is. The application of the board to image processing tasks is discussed. The board has successfully been applied to visual guidance of an evisceration robot and, handwritten character recognition. Results for these different tasks are briefly presented.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
