Introdução: A disfunção temporomandibular (DTM) caracteriza-se por alterações nos músculos mastigatórios, articulação temporomandibular e estruturas adjacentes. Alguns autores sugerem uma relação entre a postura e a DTM. Objetivos: Avaliar e analisar a postura da cabeça e coluna cervical em indivíduos com e sem DTM. Métodos: No estudo, foram incluídos 20 sujeitos do gênero feminino, com idade média de 23,30 anos, diagnosticados por meio de questionário RDC/DTM. Realizaram-se análise postural pelo software CorporisPro e cefalométrica por meio de telerradiografias. Resultados: A comparação de cada ângulo das alterações posturais obtidas pela fotogrametria e alterações das medidas avaliadas por meio da cefalometria entre os grupos, não revelou diferença significante entre o posicionamento da cabeça e coluna cervical nos voluntários com e sem DTM. Conclusão: Verifica-se que a postura da cabeça e coluna cervical dos sujeitos com DTM não é diferente da dos indivíduos sem DTM.
