A pandemia suscitada pelo vírus Covid-19 ocasionou muitas mudanças em várias esferas do trabalho, inclusive na área do Sistema Único de Assistência Social. Diante disso, o presente trabalho tem por objetivo investigar os níveis de habilidades sociais (HS) de profissionais do SUAS e suas percepções quanto à influência da Covid-19 no ambiente de trabalho. Nesse estudo, contou-se com o uso de um questionário sociodemográfico e o Inventário de Habilidades Sociais II (IHS-II), aplicados para 22 profissionais do SUAS. Quanto aos resultados, 68,1% dos participantes mantiveram uma classificação geral no IHS-II entre boa e altamente elaborada. Quanto ao ambiente organizacional, 81,8% dos participantes destacaram que a Covid-19 influenciou de forma negativa a organização do trabalho, assim como 50% sentem-se mais sobrecarregados devido a esse fator. Esses dados possibilitam inferir que as HS desses profissionais predizem comportamentos mais assertivos e interações sociais mais saudáveis, servindo como fatores de proteção dentro desse contexto pandêmico.
