For this study, three-dimensional models of the soles of work shoes of different thicknesses and consisting of different materials were created. These models were analyzed to obtain the distribution of stress and strain on their surfaces. To build the model, we used experimental data on the shape and size of the sole, as well as the properties of specific materials used in the manufacture of soles for work shoes used in agriculture. The goal was to determine the most suitable material, that is, which of the materials has the most suitable characteristics for the sole, has the best wear resistance when used in agriculture. We noticed a significant reduction in deformations on the surface of the sole with an increase in the thickness of the sole, as well as when using two-component casting of the sole from a combination of materials: low-density EVA and flexible PU, medium-density EVA and soft PVC. This indicates their advantages and maximum suitability.
Modern polymer sole materials used in the molding of the sole in the production of shoes are considered. A qualitative analysis of the composition of the compositions used was carried out. The positive and negative characteristics of the resulting products are revealed. In the course of the analysis, a table was created comparing the characteristics of the materials considered for the optimal and effective choice of production material in the shoe industry.
Great development of information technologies largely determines the content of modern management, providing managers abilities for automatical data collection and processing, making decisions based on the use of a wide range of application software for various purposes. The use of quality management methods and tools is an important condition for product competitiveness. The possibility of using the software module as part of the developed information system is proposed. The article gprovides detailed description of statistical software module development for the purpose of product quality control. It is concluded that it is expedient and necessary to introduce this development into production.
the article considers the algorithmic and mathematical justification for the development of a new software module for product quality control and statistical data processing at the Auditor enterprises. The software is designed for automated calculation of product quality control and evaluation indicators. The program has a wide range of functions for statistical data processing and product quality control tools at the enterprise. The functional characteristics of the software include: comparing risks for a given set of factors for two cases, building a histogram of the distribution of cases over a given numerical interval, comparing objects for a given set of values using a generalized estimate, calculating global priorities for a given set of factors for several cases, calculating the I-th predicted value for a linear regression model, calculating the i-th predicted value for an exponential regression model, calculating the i-th predicted value for a parabolic regression model, calculating the consistency of experts for a given set of factors, calculating the n+1 value of a time series, and evaluating the level of employee satisfaction.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
