Abraham Maslow and Carl Ransom Rogers argue that basically humans are special creatures, have the potential and motivation, in the concept of humanistic learning theory is a learning process aimed at humanizing humans, learning success is marked when students recognize themselves and their environment well. Students are faced with targets to achieve the maximum possible level of self-actualization. The principle of humanistic learning rests on the principle of freedom and individual differences. In Islam, the principle of humanizing humans is very much in line with the task of being the vicegerent of Allah on earth. The concept of humanistic learning is in line with the values of Islamic education including: the value of monotheism (integrity), equality and liberation, which upholds respect for humanity, mutuality, and good relations with humans, as well as the value of benefit. With a good teaching and learning climate, it will foster a wider benefit. This research is a type of qualitative research that is included in library research, which is research that collects data from various literatures under study, not limited to books, but also documentation material. things or variables in the form of notes, transcripts, books, newspapers, magazines, and so on. While the analysis uses content analysis, which describes and provides an understanding of the text that has been described, while the technical analysis of the data uses content analysis.
This study aims to determine the use of the Education Management Information System (EMIS) within the Madrasah to implement anti-corruption education. This research belongs to the type of descriptive qualitative research by describing the facts or findings in the field. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation methods, and documentation. The instrument used in this research is the instrument using a questionnaire. The results show that the use of the education management system (EMIS) as the implementation of anti-corruption education is quite effective because the distribution of Education Operational Costs (BOP) to madrasas no longer has to pass through various parties but is directly channeled through school accounts, so there are no more deductions in the distribution process. The use of EMIS is also inseparable from internal and external constraints. From the inner aspect, it includes human resources who do not understand EMIS operations. Meanwhile, external factors include the EMIS central server, which requires further improvement to comfort and convenience for madrasas.
This research is a type of qualitative research. The approach to this study uses a character study approach by considering the character's integrity, depth of knowledge, and the success of the field the character is in. While the data collection method uses the documentation method, while the analysis uses content analysis while the technical data analysis uses hermeneutic techniques, which depart from language analysis and then move on to context analysis. The results of the study show (1) Awareness in the context of education for the liberation of Rahmah el-Yunusiyah which is divided into two aspects, internal and external. In the internal aspect, equipping students with various religious knowledge, languages, and various skills to develop the potential of each student can be empowered according to the field of interest. Awareness in the external aspect is proven by Rahmah with the real role of the daughter's daughter in the independence of the Indonesian nation (2) Rahmah El-Yunusiyyah uses the classical education method with a measurable grade system. He also applies a dormitory model so that his students can focus and be comfortable studying and avoid the prying eyes of married men
