Abstract. The article deals with issues related to the current state and development of the concept of urban development and urban analysis, whose main task is to develop an evolutionary model settlements development. However, urban science covers many related areas of knowledge, and is becoming one of the areas of fundamental research on the theory of the development of society as a whole. It is in urban planning are reflected culture, sociology, economics, politics and much more, giving to Tectological characteristics. At the same mechanics of their interactions allows us to look at the city as a system matrix structures, interacting in time and space, and have the features of the cluster and fractal models. Cited in the article description of the author's concept of cluster model of development of the city raises fundamental questions about its formation, determines the key parameters and mechanisms for its operation.
Abstract. One of the most acute problems of modern society are issues related to the globalization of mankind caused by the next small scientific and technological revolution that is taking place and the emerging transition to a post-industrial society. Some of their characteristic features of this society are: deterritoriality, weakening of functional-spatial ties between places of residence, the application of labor and recreation rights. The peculiarity of the emerging new architecture with the arrival of the postindustrial information society is becoming completely new approaches to the formation of cities and the human dwelling itself. The article deals with the application of additive technologies in the production of mobile residential objects of high factory readiness. The article describes the concept of the formation of a mobile dwelling cluster type based on the principles of the organization of intelligent self-adapting systems (Smart Development), gives examples of author's developments in the field of cluster housing, with a description of the fundamental principles necessary for the possibility of further development and technical implementation.One of the most burning issues of the modern society, along with ecology, social inequality and military conflicts, are issues of the globalization of mankind caused by the ongoing small scientific and technological revolution taking place and the emerging transition to a postindustrial society. Some of their characteristic features are: deterritoriality, weakening of functional-spatial connections between places of residence, and the application of labor and recreation [1][2][3][4]. It should be noted that with the change of society, there will also be a gradual change in human psychology in relation to the abovementioned problems. In the stage of changing human society, there is also a rethinking of approaches to the formation of the world order that surrounds man and, in particular, the surrounding architecture. This happened in Ancient Rome, in Medieval Europe, in each of the occurred scientific and technological revolutions.The feature of the emerging new architecture with in the postindustrial information society is completely new approaches to the formation of cities, a new tectonics of the human dwelling itself [5][6][7]: 1. The residential cell is ceasing to be an integral structural part of the residential building, gaining an increasing degree of autonomy in providing energy and other resources.
This article discusses the main global trends in the organization of recreation and tourism. It has been revealed that one of the principles of designing a modern recreational environment is an ecological orientation, since sustainable development by an economic component and society as a whole is impossible under the conditions of degradation of the natural environment. The examples of tourist and recreational spaces with characteristic features corresponding to tourist trends are analysed. Based on the study, the author concludes that tourism is a fairly complex and multifaceted phenomenon, its development is diverse and complex. There is a need to create an individualized tourism product that would correspond to the constantly changing complex nature of needs of tourist.
Modern futurological concepts suggest several options for the development of cities and homes in the future. Each of these concepts in one way or another reflects the possible path of development of human society as a whole. This article discusses the issues of their possible hybridization and synthetic compounds in order to find the most likely and favorable development path. Possible models of the formation of a new type of urban settlements and the living cell model forming it are described, based on the analysis of both advanced technologies used in the construction and operation of housing, and on concepts for the development of society as a whole and the virtual design of new typologies of settlements and residential units for a changed society and his priorities.
