Аннотация. При формулировании базовых аспектов построения информационного общества в нашей стране одним из приоритетных направлений стало внедрение информационных технологий в такую область как здравоохранение. Информационные технологии, кибернетика, математические методы обработки информации и принятия решения прочно укореняются в деятельности учреждений здравоохранения. Показана актуальность проблематики подготовки кадров для информатизации здравоохранения на примере Тульской области. Одним из решений по кадровому обеспечению информатизации здравоохранения является подготовка такого рода специалистов в федеральном государственном бюджетном образовательном учреждении высшего профессионального образования «Тульский государственный педагогический университет им. Л.Н. Толстого». Приведены характеристика и основные черты основной профессиональной образовательной программы по направлению подготовки 09.03.03 Прикладная информатика направленность «Прикладная информатика в здравоохранении». Указаны основные компетенции, которыми должен обладать выпускник-специалист в области информатизации здравоохранения. Предложено, что одним из решений, повышающим качество специалистов, может быть организация сетевого взаимодействия с предприятиями отрасли. Сформулированы требования к организации сетевого взаимодействия. Приведён пример подготовки бакалавров по направлению «Прикладная информатика» в ТГПУ им. Л.Н. Толстого с использованием сетевого взаимодействия с предприятиями отрасли Тульского региона. Ключевые слова: информатизация здравоохранения, образовательная программа, прикладная информатика.
The article addresses topical issues related to the advanced training of the judiciary and the use of digital technologies in the work of justices of the peace. The idea of the need to design, develop and implement a continuing education programme for the judicial system “Digital Technologies in the Activities of Justices of the Peace” in the supplementary education system is raised. The programme is designed to develop the competence of assistants and secretaries of justices of the peace and aims to increase their effectiveness by recording the proceedings of court hearings through the use of the NESTOR software package. The authors consider the main areas involved in digitalization of justice of the piece courts. The determining factor in organizing and conducting a professional development programme for specialists in 2019 was to equip all judicial sections of Tula region with special equipment that technically allows recordinga court session by audio recording. Considering the inexperience of the staff while operating such equipment and maintaining technologies, it was decided to organize and conduct additional training for justices of the peace and staff of the system to work with new software and hardware systems installed...
The article discusses the concept of professional training of future IT teachers as part of the human resources development ecosystem for the digital transformation of the region. The authors argue that school IT teachers are the most important part of human resources necessary for digital transformation at the regional level. To solve the problem of training human resources for the implementation of digital transformation, it is necessary to build a flexible, network, multi-level system for training qualified staff, taking into account regional needs. The research purpose is to define the features of training IT teachers as a part of regional human resources necessary for digital transformation inside the educational ecosystem, to make the training a part of the ecosystem, to determine their mutual influence and possible directions of further development. This purpose is achieved through the following objectives: analyzing the content of the "educational ecosystem" phenomenon in regards to the staff training for the digital transformation of the region, including the innovative training of IT teachers; identifying the components of the ecosystem, training staff for the digital transformation of the region, including the innovative training of IT teachers; developing a number of questionnaires to determine the maturity level of the university as the core of the ecosystem. The research results are used to define the structure of the ecosystem necessary for the human resources development in regards to digital transformation of the region. The authors single out five components to analyze the educational ecosystem of professional training for the digital transformation of the region. The ecosystem for the development of human resources necessary for the region digital transformation has been created in Tula State Lev Tolstoy Pedagogical University. The article presents a set of diagnostic tools for assessing the maturity level of the university as the core of the ecosystem.
