Neste artigo, analisamosdiscursos materializados na mídia escrita acerca das manifestações anti e pró Governo Dilma Rousseff/PT/Lula, observando a existência de uma polêmica discursiva entre dois posicionamentos, ambos vinculados ao campo político. Trata-se, mais especificamente, de verificar o funcionamento das palavras impeachment e golpe, cujo efeito de sentido vai sendo construído de acordo com os lugares ideológicos de cada grupo. Na análise, recorremos aos pressupostos teóricos de Michel Pechêux, principalmente ao conceito de discurso,e à noção de polêmica discursiva, cunhada por Dominique Maingueneau, ambos autores vinculados à Escola Francesa de Análise de Discurso. Os resultados mostraramque a polêmica entre os anti e os pró Dilma/PT/Lula se fundamenta na forma como o campo político partidário se apropria de conceitos do campo filosófico, como o de bom senso, o de honestidade, e o de justiça.
Neste trabalho, com base no dispositivo teórico-analítico da Análise de Discurso, nas discussões contemporâneas acerca da relação entre mídia e política e, ainda, na arqueologia empreendida por Michel Foucault acerca dos termos “governo” e “governamentalidade”, analisamos os discursos postos em circulação acerca de uma suposta incapacidade de gestão do Governo Dilma Rousseff em artigos publicados nas seções “Política” e “Governo”, da revista Carta Capital; nas seções “Brasil”, da revista Veja e do jornal El País; e nas seções “Mercado” e “Poder”, do jornal Folha de S. Paulo, todos em suas versões online, no período de novembro de 2014 a abril de 2015. Tal recorte temporal compreende o período em que se inicia o primeiro mês do Governo Dilma Rousseff, após a eleição presidencial – mês em que as críticas ao referido governo tornaram-se mais frequentes na mídia de modo geral - e vai até as primeiras semanas de governo depois de duas grandes manifestações populares contra o governo já no segundo mandato. Defendemos a hipótese de que tais manifestações populares contra o governo encontram(vam) sustentação nos discursos em circulação na mídia que apresentam a imagem do governo Dilma Rousseff como um mau governo. E, ainda, que esta imagem só era possível por já existir uma memória discursiva acerca de uma imagem de bom governante, configurada a partir de diferentes discursos acerca das noções de governo e de governamentalidade. Verificamos, primeiro, que essa imagem sobre o bom governante na sociedade atual retoma modelos de governamentalidade discursivizados a partir do poder Pastoral, das artes de governar, do Liberalismo, dos discursos sobre o cuidado de si, e compõem o que hoje pode ser chamada de governamentalidade neoliberal; segundo, que a imagem do governo Dilma Rousseff, em circulação nos veículos de mídia aqui analisados, afasta-se dessa imagem de bom governante; e, terceiro, que afastar-se dessa imagem configura-se como um forma de desgoverno, o que pode levar a instauração de uma grande insatisfação popular e colocar em xeque a capacidade do governo Dilma Rousseff de conduzir adequadamente o seu Estado.
