Contemporary capitalism is in such a condition that the recent objectives of enterprises' actions neither ensure that the owners of enterprises have any mode of justification nor guarantee legitimization by civil communities, which leads to destructive environmental and social implications. Making a profit at the expense of social and natural costs gets society in deadlock. Changing the vector of development depends on the interconnection of the social and the economic at the present-day life. In this paper we intend to propose a broad explanatory scheme of the evolution of the social throughout the known human history with regard to the present-day situation of blurring the mode of realization of social goals through achieving economic ones. This scheme is to pay great attention to the changes in social life fundamentals for the purpose of revealing the dialectics of the social and the economic within entrepreneurial activities in the phase-in development of knowledge society. The prototype of the new configuration of the social and the economic is the existing model of the social entrepreneurship. The model that harnesses the social and the economic in a new manner has appeared and has been tested in the non-turbulent niche of social entrepreneurship in the form of activity driven by humanistic values rather than merely economic ones. This makes it possible to create conditions, similar to laboratory ones, for earning a private profit by means of solving public problems.
The category of well-being is not a real abstraction of classical capitalist economy. Nascent emergence of an interdisciplinary well-being discourse gives testimony to formation of well-being as socially constructed object.The objective of this paper is consideration of ontological matureness stages of well-being as a social reality object. The discursive objects formation theory by M. Foucault, the knowledge transformation model by I. Nonaka and H. Takeuchi and the paradigm analysis of social reality objects according to G. Burrell and G. Morgan are used as a methodological base of the study.The result is substantiation of social value-creating entrepreneurial action as a factor which makes provision for a reliable ontological status of well-being. Interdisciplinary studies of well-being are hypothecated as means of well-being social construction by force of its representation in the subjects of various sciences. Reducing well-being to its representations means nonexistence of well-being as autonomous object of social reality. Instead, multiparadigm approach enables cognition of well-being as a kind of individuals` activity at the various stages on the wellbeing`s way toward its own reality.
Abstract. Entrepreneurship and the entrepreneur figure are social phenomena subjected to constant mutations. Extant definitions of entrepreneurship are always based on current characteristics of entrepreneur activity and, as a rule, absolutize them as essential. In the article main mystifications of entrepreneurship are analyzed due to the fact that it is attributed general properties of entrepreneurial activity in the way they are understood in a certain historical period. The paper suggests a way out of the succession of mystifications by rejecting the entrepreneurship definition in the frame of a subjectobject interpretive scheme and the development of the entrepreneur activity concept as a kind of social activity. The social action theory and the theory of social objects fetishization are the methodological research foundation. The results of the research are the following. First, the interpretation of the entrepreneur and entrepreneurship on the basis of personal traits, functions and ways of the construction of the future are mystifications ascribing the monopoly on arising and developing human action characteristics in different historical periods to entrepreneurship. Second, the cause of mystifications is the transfer of the human action analysis according to the scheme «subject-processobject» to the research of entrepreneurship. Third, attempts to overcome mystifications while preserving the naturalistic approach result in the multiplication of entrepreneurial mystifications as the reflection of new arising general characteristics of human action. Fourth, a general approach to the definition of the entrepreneurial action as a kind of the social action, which has sense in the value production and is capable of everlasting enrichment with new modus of actions and created values, is suggested. Perspectives of further research include the investigation of synchronic and diachronic peculiarities of entrepreneurial action modus and produced values.
Аксиологический сдвиг в анализе предпринимательской идентичности и предпринимательского действия Исследование выполнено при финансовой поддержке РГНФ (проект № 16-13-70006). Представлен анализ тенденции актуализации интерпретативных подходов к пониманию динамики предпринимательской идентичности и предпринимательского действия. Рассмотрены проблемы структурной связанности и онтологического колебания акторов предпринимательства, а также их ценностного единства. Предлагается определить общий аксиологический порядок в современном предпринимательстве как вовлеченность, возникающую на основе когнитивной детерминации, и предположить, что причастность, полезность и вовлеченность являются социально-психологическими основаниями крупных аксиологических исторических целостностей с присущими им режимами предпринимательского действия, типами идентичностей и модусами ценности.
