The purpose of the article is to determine the role of human capital in overcoming of crisis phenomena in economy by the example of modern Russia. During the research, the authors use such scientific methods as modeling of development of socioeconomic systems, factor analysis, analysis of causal connections, systemic and problem analysis, correlation analysis, synthesis, and graphic representation of information. The authors analyze dynamics and connection between Russian economy and innovational activity of Russian enterprises before, during, and after the recent financial crisis and develop an anti-crisis strategy of development of human capital, depending on the phase of economic cycle. As a result, the authors come to the conclusion that overcoming of crisis phenomena in economy is done by innovational activity of enterprises, which is ensured by their human capital.
The purpose of the article is to build a structural and logical model of contemporary global economic system, forecast its development in future, and development of recommendations for maximization of advantages and minimization of negative aspects of such development. The authors focus on the problem of deepening contradictions of interests of various members of the global economic system with development of integration processes and on the problem of increase of the global economic problems with economic development of the global economic system. Methodology of conduct of the research in this work includes problem, systemic, and structural & functional analysis for determination of specifics of functioning of contemporary modern economy, as well as SWOT-analysis for determination of perspectives of its development. The authors analyze evolution and view specifics of modern stage of development of the global economic system, perform modeling of current state and tendencies of development of global economic system, and determine perspectives and compile recommendations for development of contemporary global economic system.
The purpose of the article is to determine barriers and preconditions for reducing the differences in the level of development in the global economy's countries and to develop recommendations for solving the problem of the global economy's economic systems unification.In order to determine the gap between developed and developing countries, the authors use the comparative analysis method. In order to determine possibilities, problems, perspectives, and threats to overcoming the gap by developing countries, the authors use the SWOT-analysis method. For studying the global economy's economic development disproportions, this research uses specially developed proprietary analysis of gap depth in economic development.As a result of the analysis, the authors determined that the level of economic development of the most developed countries exceeds the level of developing countries by more than four times. This reflects a huge gap depth and a high level of differentiation for countries in the global economy.The authors conclude that barriers of unification of economic systems in the global economy are primarily related to socio-political factors. Preconditions to reducing the difference in level of economic development for countries in the global economy are predetermined by the influence of globalization and international integration of economic systems.
