The metatheoretical study of the tourism system of the Volgograd Region of the Russian Federation made it possible to determine the system characteristics of tourist relations of the region. Currently, an excursion type of tourism, in particular, war-historical and theological ones, is the main one in the region; this type is organized by two types of tourism products: tours (overnight) and excursions (without staying for the night). The focused interview with an expert group revealed the components and elements of the tourism product "excursion tour", which were grouped and listed in a questionnaire to assess the importance of each component and each element of the tourism product among consumers. 332 people divided into 6 age-sex groups took part in the survey. The survey results enable to form a methodology for the integrated assessment of regional tourism products: average estimates of the importance of each component and element of the tourism product for each group of respondents have been calculated; all the elements of the tourism product have been divided into two types (impression-forming and consumption-covering), to which essentially different evaluation scales are applicable. Keywords: metatheoretical study, tourism system of the region, tourism product, excursion tour, consumer preferences, components of a tourism product, elements of a tourism product.
The article presents results of the theoretical research of the customer equity. In accordance with them the corresponding concept is synthesized. The customer capital is identified as a system of stable and mutually beneficial relations of economic agents, buyers, consumers and staff of the enterprise. Such relations form the structure of the effective cooperation, which con- tributes to gaining by companies additional values. It is provides the customers’ repeated requests and attracting new ones, as well as increases competitive advantage and companies’ capitalization. We revealed the necessity of finding new forms of the customer equity, containing the elements of art, which will contribute to proposal of services, about which the consumers dream. The author based on the research result formulates the concept of use value of art, which induces to crave their presence again and again. An indicator of the art element use value is the value of the additional profits obtained due to the talented artistic expression. The customer equity is expedient to improve, focusing on the implementation of the popular theatrical services, ensuring their effective promotion using aggressive methods of direct marketing and personal sellings. Differentiation of the client capital services art use value should be made taking into account the interests, tastes, preferences of target customers, and their valuable relation to a particular style of art. Product differentiation by the elements of art inspires people´s lives. Talent, kindness, spirituality of senses, thoughts, and actions of the artist should be directed to the use of beauty flashes happening in the life for its meaningful creative heyday in the industrial production. Novocherkassk engineering and meliorative institute of A.K. Kortunov, DGAU Definition of indicators of cost assessment of unit of land area of the irrigated site has gained in recent years extremely important value as the land plot (which both isn't irrigated, and irrigated) began to have functions of goods. The special importance to this procedure is given by the market relations in which the market of the land plots is formed. These processes can't take place without indicators of cost assessment. At the same time, it should be noted that at this stage of development of the market relations in the sphere of land use at introduction of meliorative actions provisions on establishment of objective estimation of cost of the irrigated land plot as participates in this process
We consider an inhomogeneous initial-boundary value problem for a Petrovskii parabolic system of second order PDEs. We prove that this problem induces isomorphisms between appropriate anisotropic generalized Sobolev spaces. The regularity of these spaces are given by a pair of real numbers and by a function parameter. The latter allows us to characterize the regularity of solutions to the problem more finely as compared with anisotropic Sobolev spaces.
The article discusses the global climate warming impact on the most important agro-climatic parameters of the southern half of the Russian Federation European part. It has been established that in recent years a stable zone of moisture deficiency, stretching as a strip from Bryansk to the border of the Chelyabinsk region with Kazakhstan, has formed. At the same time, the most stable moisture deficit in summer is observed in the Bryansk region. For 2014-2016 the amount of moisture deficit according to the Bryansk State Agrarian University meteorological station was 47%. Due to the increasing climate aridity, the Bryansk region is approaching in agroclimatic parameters to traditionally grain regions. The increase in the amount of active temperatures turns its territory into an agro-climatic analogue of the northwestern part of the United States Corn Belt. A significant warming of winter, as well as a reduction in stable snow cover period, increases the beef cattle breeding competitiveness. At the same time, the cultivation of berries, raspberries in particular, becomes impossible without artificial irrigation.
