This article presents a Response Plan Proposal based on the qualitative risk analysis applicable to a mining project, specifically during the design phase of the Project. It should be noted that they are applicable for projects with a budget of less than 10 million soles and that are carried out under fast tracking mode. The project has many events that will deviate from what was expected in the design and planning, therefore, for a better management of these events the methodology proposed by the PMBOK guide containing the Identification, Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis was used. and finally the Response Plan. It was shown that the technical risks are the ones that most affect this type of mining project, with optimal control it is possible to reduce them, make effective decisions, make designs according to mining parameters and standards and ensure the client the scope of the project.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
