Presentación de casos clínicos RESUMEN La dilatación segmentaria intestinal es una entidad congénita extremadamente rara, caracterizada por la dilatación local del intestino que no se debe a la obstrucción distal ni a la ausencia de células ganglionares. Se presenta el caso clínico de una paciente en el período neonatal con la presentación típicamente descrita en esta enfermedad en ausencia de comorbilidades, forma clínica poco descrita en la bibliografía. Se desarrolla también la resolución quirúrgica con resección segmentaria y los hallazgos anatomopatológicos.
