In this work, Gustav Radbruch´s text "Relativism in the Philosophy of Law" is the initial point for a study on the subject of relations between pluralism and law, between pluralism and positivism. This treatise constitutes a liberal manifesto. The intention is to enrich it attending diverse authors and, above all, in view of events which are currently fundamental challenges, both in our country and worldwide.
PresentaciónEn los más diversos ámbitos del derecho, como es el caso del derecho internacional y del derecho constitucional, abocado hoy a la discusión sobre la necesidad o no de una Constitución europea que refuerce la perspectiva histórica inevitable de la unificación, son asuntos importantes y relacionados entre sí los problemas del multiculturalismo, del pluralismo étnico, de las hegemonías culturales.
