Objetivo principal: asociar comparativamente el riesgo de violencia de pareja y la dependencia afectiva con el diagnóstico de preeclampsia en gestantes que fueron atendidas en el Centro de Salud Santa Rosa en la ciudad de Riobamba, Ecuador, durante el período abril-agosto 2019. Metodología: se utilizó un diseño no experimental, de tipo correlacional, con 60 participantes divididas en dos grupos de estudio de 30 individuos cada uno. Los datos fueron recolectados mediante la aplicación de la Guía de evaluación de riesgos de agresión conyugal, Spouse Abuse Risk Assessment (SARA, por sus siglas en inglés) y el cuestionario de dependencia emocional (CDE). Resultados principales: en el grupo de preeclámticas predominaron aquellas con un alto nivel de riesgo de violencia en la pareja (56,7%) y el 90% fueron valoradas con elevado nivel de dependencia emocional. La distribución de los datos resultó normal. Las diferencias entre ambos grupos resultaron significativas bilateralmente (p=0,000), a partir de la prueba de T-Students. También, la relación resultó estadísticamente muy significativa (p≤0,01) según el test chi cuadrado. Conclusión principal: el diagnóstico de preeclampsia se relacionó significativamente con los niveles de dependencia emocional y riesgo de violencia. Además, se establecieron diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre ambos grupos estudiados, según los niveles de dependencia emocional y riesgo de violencia.
La adolescencia se concibe como una etapa relevante para el ser humano, donde se producen cambios, reconfiguraciones y construcciones a nivel biopsicosocial. Los elementos externos resultan determinantes en su atravesamiento, ya que posibilitan la asimilación de herramientas y competencias que intervienen en el manejo de la propia vida. Las relaciones con los padres definen experiencias infantiles significativas que sirven de base para las interacciones posteriores, y dotan a los hijos de habilidades afectivas y cognitivas de alto grado. Justamente, otros factores importantes se conectan con problemas sociales ante los que está expuesto el adolescente, que pueden comprometer su desarrollo y desempeño. El presente estudio describe la parentalidad, la etapa de la adolescencia y los principales problemas sociales relacionados con esta.
El embarazo en la adolescencia implica múltiples cambios somáticos, sociales y psicológicos. En esta última dimensión, estrago y función materna constituyen dimensiones que requieren de atención comúnmente. La bibliografía ofrece una amplia gama de abordajes teóricos que se reflejan en la práctica psicoanalítica, al respecto se presenta una revisión apoyada en las experiencias aportadas por especialistas en esa área. La información se recolectó en bases de datos científicas reconocidas, tesis de graduación en repositorios universitarios y organizaciones no gubernamentales de reconocimiento mundial por su actividad de asesoría, investigativa y académica. Fundamentalmente, la información teórica se organizó de manera cronológica, la que luego fue confrontada con las declaraciones de los profesionales entrevistados. Durante el proceso, se siguieron los principios éticos investigativos universales, en garantía de la calidad y rigor de las fuentes consultadas.
