RESUMENSe presenta un caso extremadamente raro de autoamputación anexial evidenciado durante laparoscopia en una paciente con diagnóstico de masa ovárica. El análisis histológico de la masa extraida mostró cambios por torsión extensa que impidió visualizar parénquima ovárico, el quiste macroscópicamente favorece benignidad. Finalmente, se realiza revisión de la literatura. ABSTRACTAn extremely rare case of adnexal auto-amputation evidenced during laparoscopy is reported in a patient with a diagnosis of an ovarian mass. Histological analysis of the mass removed indicated changes due to extensive torsion preventing the visualization of the ovarian parenchyma. Macroscopically, the cyst looks benign. Finally, a subsequent literature review was carried out.
