The level of accountability forand building tax payments in Damai Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, and to find out the factors that influence the level of community awareness in paying land taxes and Buildings in Damai Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 1,486 where the sampling used was Probability Sampling with a random sampling technique using aformula of Yount 5% with a total sample of 74. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires (questionnaire), documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is Descriptive Statistics, data quality test, classic assumption test using SPSS 21 and Likert Scale. The results showed that accountability for land and building tax payments in the peaceful village of Watang Sidenreng sub-district was categorized as "Influential/ significant", from the ANOVA test it was able to calculate 13,325 overall, influential/ significant and the probability was far from 0.05. Furthermore partially t arithmetic (3,650)> t table (1993) means that the level of accountability influences / significantly on Land and Building Tax Payments in Damai Village, factors that influence the level of public awareness in paying Land and Building Taxes in Damai Village Watang Sidenreng District Sidenreng Regency Rappang 60.6% included in the category of "good".
The purpose of this research, to find out Governent Policy on the application of Agribusiness Store in the Village of Pattondon Salu, Maiewa District, Enrekang Regency, the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics using data collection technique including questionnaire, interview, and observation. The population in this study were 2.380 people and the sampling used was probability sampling with a random sampling technique in order to obtain a sample of 88 people. Data analysis was performed with the help of the SPSS 21 program. The results of this study indicate that the planning of government policies on the application of agribusiness store aplications, in the Village of Pattondon Salu, Maiwa District, Enrekang regency, is at a percentage of value t count ≥ t table (5,024> 1,6627) with Y = 4,676 + 0,277 X or is the good category, while the aplications of agribusiness store applications is at a percentage of 86 % with an ideal 86,33% from 100% which is expected or is in the good category. Each indicator is in the good category with the percenatage of the producer role indicator at 88%, and the media role indicator at 86%.
This research aims to find out the role of the village government towards the transparency of the family program hopes of Banua Village Bungin District. The population in this study was 110 residents in Banua Village Bungin District of Enrekang Regency, where sampling used is Saturated Sampling using Slovin Formula with the number of Samples 110, this study uses Quantitative Descriptive Methods. Data collection techniques used through Observation, Questionnaire (Angket), Interview, Library Study. Data Analysis techniques used are Descriptive Statistics, Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing using SPSS 16.0 and Likert Scale. The results of this study showed that the role of the village government towards the transparency of the family program hopes of Banua Village Bungin District with a value of 53% categorized ''influential''. The Indicator of the Role of the Village Government in the form of Provision is Facilities (51%), the Role of the Village Government in the provision of motivation is (54.2%), the Role of the Village Government as a Mediator is (52.8%). While the Transparency Indicator is the Willingness to Access Documents which is (55.4%), Clarity and Completeness of Information that is (54.4%), Open Access is (55.2%), The Regulatory Framework is (49%). So that the role of the village government towards the transparency of the family program hopes Banua Village Bungin Regency with a value of 53% categorized ''influential''.
