The road network is a very important heritage in the Developing Countries that it would be necessary to preserve. The success of this task resides in time in a decision making for an intervention appropriate. Intervention for most is dictated by the politicians who don't have still a tool easily exploitable that would permit them to take a suitable decision. We suggest a matrix to five levels on the basis of the matrix of assessment of the method of the organization of Cooperation and Economic Development (OECD) determined from the different retained deterioration parameters. This tool of decision will permit from the objective and scientific analyses to give some priorities to the different interventions.MOTS-CLÉS : matrice de décision, routes en terre, dégradations, évaluation, paramètre, entretien routier.
