This article aims to analyze to what extent the form of budget resource expenditure impacts territorial development in a mineral-based municipality. The case chosen was the municipality of Brumadinho-MG. Data collection occurred through documentary and bibliographic research. This is a qualitative and exploratory research using the technique of content analysis to interpret the data. The main conclusions: the municipality does not take advantage of the potential short-term mining resource flow (royalties) to invest in development projects that diversify local productive structures, so it does not prioritize budget spending on economic activities with the highest potential for productive inclusion. population such as Cultural Tourism and Agriculture. In addition, it uses little resource in Environmental Management. Finally, the disaster that struck disrupted their municipal finances and impacted other alternative mining activities.
Em nível mundial a relação entre pesquisa e prática profissional vem ganhando cada vez mais importância. No Brasil, a CAPES vem estruturando um sistema de pós-graduação para essa finalidade, onde incentiva a geração de produtos tecnológicos à prática profissional ancorado em teorias científicas. A esperança de termos na contabilidade pesquisas com esse perfil encontra um de seus entraves o paradigma positivista que domina essa ciência desde 1970. Assim, este artigo busca responder a seguinte questão: em que medida o positivismo presente nas pesquisas em nível de doutorado, no Brasil, dificulta a geração de tecnologias voltadas a prática profissional? Para respondê-la, realizamos um estudo interdisciplinar, norteado pelo método de raciocínio dialético onde correlacionamos a literatura técnica e científica. Dentre outras descobertas, a pesquisa mostra que o positivismo impõe uma segregação entre o campo acadêmico e profissional e com isso dificulta a produção de novas tecnologias.
RESUMO O artigo tem como objetivo analisar a formação e ativação de Recursos Específicos na área de Fitoterapia Popular na Amazônia Paraense. Para isso foi realizada uma pesquisa participante, documental e bibliográfica com foco na cidade de Marapanim-PA que se destaca por possuir uma associação de mulheres que a mais de 20 anos pratica a fitoterapia popular e por ter aprovado, em 2019, o seu programa municipal de Plantas Medicinais e Fitoterápicos. O resultado evidencia que o Recurso Específico foi fruto de um longo aprendizado onde a parceria com a universidade foi fundamental para a criação de tecnologias apropriadas, a exemplo da biotecnologia social, porém a ativação efetiva desse recurso é ainda um desafio neste território.
