The boring machine is used for fine boring on ram. The ram, the machining precision of which is about 5μm level, will be used to make another machine tool after processing. To meet the demand about fine boring, the paper studied the boring machine design. Firstly, make the multi-position process simultaneously by arranging three boring tool on the boring bar corresponding to three stations of ram. Secondly, three eddy current displacement sensors are arranged in the same axial position of the boring tool, which measure the change of the inner wall of three round holes. Errors of roundness, concentricity and parallelism will be calculated based on the measured data, also the feed amount of secondary processing is calculated in order to guide the feed of boring tools which are driven by linear motor in closed loop control. Finally, these steps are repeated until the measurement results meet the accuracy requirements.

Based on the research of key technologies in the high-speed automated sorting system and also the research of architecture mode, it can provide a reference for the overall system’s structure, capability, overall planning and the like through the network topology.
According to the current situation of domestic passenger cars’ battery quick change equipment and its overall development trend, we first research on the key module technology of passenger cars’ battery quick change system. Then, this paper researches on network information control mode, internal dynamic management mode of the battery quick change system, radio frequency identification (RFID) and storage charging system mode, respectively. Thus, they can provide passenger cars’ battery quick change system with some references realizing the system’s network, intelligence and high efficiency.
Based on the current situation and development trend of domestic electric commercial vehicle, we research the mode and the key technology of battery quick change, analyze and compare the three common mode, then put forward a half automatic electric mode which is low cost and high flexibility, accordingly, it can adapt to the current electric car battery quick change development requirements, thus to provide a reference for battery quick change station infrastructure construction planning, and to provide the foundation to improve the battery quick change technology.
