The researchers through this study aimed at determining The Impact of Human Resource Management Strategy (HRMS) on organizational competencies development, the methodology was chosen for the study undertaken is a descriptive-analytical method. The software SPSS (statistical package for Social Sciences) version 19 has been applied in the statistical analysis. Moreover, the researchers have used the tools of Regression. The study population included all Human Resources Managers and Supervisors of companies. The sampling method used in this study is stratified sampling, with a population size of 200 HR managers and supervisors from Egypt. The results of the regression analysis show that human resources management strategy has a positive effect on organizational competencies development.
This study aimed to identify the instinctive management level in Kuwaiti private schools due to some variables from the point of view of special education teachers working there.
The study population consisted of (410) teachers who were chosen in a cluster-random manner, and it followed the descriptive survey method. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. The results showed that the level of instinctive management in special education schools from the point of view of special education teachers working there was average. They also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) according to the variable of gender in favor of the female category; however, there were no statistically significant differences according to the variable of educational qualification, and there were no statistically significant differences according to the variable of years of experience.
Due to these results, the study recommended that the administrations of special education schools give the utmost importance to instinctive management, so that it works to encourage studies and research from time to time to study the work environment in which instinctive management would thrive in all its circumstances and variables.

Yasanallah ,et al ,2012; Thomas ,2010; Gandolfo, et al. ,2009) but no one discussed it's relation with the political changes so this paper aims to investigate the challenges to multinational companies and its impact on the marketing Mix after Egyptian Revolution. In order to do so, The researcher investigated a field study taking a sample participants of 110 managers and specialists from the studied companies and gave them a questionnaire about the Challenges to multinational companies. It was found a positive and statistically significant relationship between Challenges to multinational companies and its impact on the marketing Mix. So multinational companies should change marketing policies according to political, Economic and Legal changes and the regime in every country they invest in.
Although many studies discussed podcasting benefits from different areas like ( Lee & Chan, 2007; Evans, 2008; Kennedy et al., 2011) no one discussed the attitudes of Human Capital towards Using it as an Innovative Asynchronous training and developing tool. so this paper aims to investigate these attitudes. In order to do so, The researcher investigated a field study taking a sample participants of 120 workers from the studied companies and gave them a five-point Likert scale questionnaire about their attitudes towards Using Podcasting in training. The data were analyzed using SPSS. It was found that participants had a very positive attitude toward podcasts and had very high motivation to develop their skills with the help of podcasts.
