شخصت الطحالب في الحوض النهائي لحوض اسالة شرب لمحطة الرشيد الواقعى على نهر دجلة بجانب الرصافة في بغداد .تبين تواجد الطحالب الخضر المزرقة الملفتة للنظر ومن خلال الفحص الحيوي لعد الكتلة الحية للطحالب المنتجة للسموم التابعه لشعبة الطحالب الخضر المزرقة وعلى طول فصول السنةوبكمية عالية الازدهار الحيوي اذ بلغت اداد الطحالب 1040000و4064و2844 و3497خلية في اللتر خلال فصل الصيف والربيع والشتاء والخريف على التوالي في الحوض النهائي لمياه الشرب متمثلة بالطحالب الهائمة وهي المسوؤلة عن افراز السموم الطحلبية بينما الطحالب الملتصقة سادت اكثر من الهائمة والذي ساعد الطحالب على الازدهار بهذه الكمية هو تراكيز المغذيات النباتية متمثلة بالنترات والنتريت والامونيا والفسفور بتركيز 3،01 و1،02 و1،4و0،6 ملغم /لتر خلال فصل الصيف و , وبعض العناصر المغذية الاخرى مثل الكالسيوم والكبريت والالمنيوم علما ان كل من الكالسيوم والامونيا والعكورة والتوصيلة الكهربائية هي اعلى من الحدود المسموح بها لمياه الشرب العراقية
Identified and studied the mechanism of growth kinetic for some types of algae stuck on different materials surfaces which sank in Tigris River as medium for growth such as awash surface for boats, aquatic plants, and clay . The results shown participation of the algae: Gyrosigma acumintum, Firgallares capucina var -valvaire, Diatoma elongatum and Oscillatoria sancta which were stuck on awash surfaces in the Tigris River. Results shown also the dominion of diatoms algae Bacillariophyce Class (Cymbella cistula, Diatoma elongatum, Firgallares capucina. var -valvaire, Melosira granulata. var.connective, and Nitzschia )which stuck on the awash surface of cane by 76.4% more than remnant of algae. The class of Cyanophycea (Oscillatoria sancta and Merismopedia glauca ) more dominion by 11.7% than remnant of algae. The class of Chlorophycea (Spirogyra borgeana) more dominion by 5.8% than remnant of algae. The characteristically of Penale's order algae dominion for growth by comparing with Centrals' order algae which consists of diatoms algae (Bacillariophyce class). The characteristic of cane more effect than clay and boats by adhesion of most algae on it during the period of growth on awash surfaces in Tigris River. The concentration value of ammonia and nitrate are 22.4 and 16.8 ppm respectively for test of the clay sample which assist for growth of algae such as Oscillatoria boryana and Oscillatoria sancta. The study identified 25 species for 18 genuses for different algae with dominion ability
Diagnosed algae present in drinking water for the liquefaction plant Rasheed located in the city of Baghdad on the Tigris River next to the Rusafa. The results are significant demonstrated growth of algae in various filtering stages of the river outlet sedimentation basin and the first basin filters ultimate reservoir of drinking water after the sterilization process, existed algae in the final basin for three algal species classified greens algae and vegetables blue and Diatom classes year, summer, spring, winter and autumn, and the number of vital reached 4937 and 3744 and 3743 and 4027 cells / liter, respectively, to varieties of algae mentioned. While rates of algal species reached basin sedimentation first for the summer, spring, winter and fall to 29 561 and 9811 and 6717 and 6534 cells / L, respectively, and the number of races and got to 39, 22, 25 and 28 genus respectively in different rows, and rates of types of algae basin filters for the same chapters to 8390 and 8465 and 3137 and 3143 cells / l, respectively, and the number of races arrived 33, 20, 16 and 20 genus respectively various Elsafov.as the results of chemical tests height of turbidity, which amounted to 57.0 and 19, 16 and 11.5 NTU respectively classes year compared to the specification of the Iraqi drinking water, amounting to 5 NTU. With the increasing electrical conductivity in the summer, this reached 1033 Sµ / cm season. With a high concentration of calcium by 11.6 and 77, 119 and 103 mg / L, respectively, compared to the classroom specification of drinking of 50 mg / L. The current study also observed the presence of toxin-producing algae in drinking water station liquefaction Rasheed represented algalMicrocystis sp and Lyngbya connectens and Nostoc carneum and Oscillatoriasp, belonging to the Division of blue algae vegetable-producing toxins produced by Global Sources types of toxins and Saxitoxins Microcystins and Anatoxin-a.
