Social change is a phenomenon that often occurs in life that demands improvement and creates shared prosperity to strengthen social capital as a component involved in it. The low average formal education in Indonesia is still low in Southeast Asia, which gives the impression that most Muslims do not have adequate quality education because there are still many people who are socially marginalized. The number of graduates of Islamic education itself is low. They make men more dignified by utilizing resources to create new things and have a wider impact. Islam has described social capital and social change in life as necessary to create a more dynamic value of life. This study is to find out how social capital is implemented by social capital to improve the quality of education with a social evolution approach. The method uses qualitative research using a grounded theory approach and analytical design thinking. The results show that come contents of social capital as a component of change that can improve the quality of Islamic education, including trust, networks, norms, and leadership, which are built on six models of social evolution, namely empathy, exploration, elaboration, exposure, and execution and expansion. The social evolution model built on design thinking can formulate efforts to improve the quality of Islamic education through strengthening the social capital formed. Research implies that improving Islamic education can be adapted to social changes in social modal, specifically in the human resources index.
The aim of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on the dimensions of inspirational motivation, idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration at Muhammadiyah Higher Education (PTM) in the Cirebon area and examine the mediating role of relational marketing practices between transformational leadership on the dimensions of inspirational motivation, idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration of the Image of Muhammadiyah Higher Education (PTM) in the Cirebon area. Respondents of this study were employees at two PTMs in the Cirebon Region, namely the University of Muhammadiyah Cirebon and the Cirebon Muhammadiyah College of Health (STIKES) with a total of 120. This research is a mixed methods research, which combines two forms of approaches in research, namely qualitative and qualitative. Mixed method research is a research approach that combines qualitative research with quantitative research. Mix methods are research methods by combining two research methods at once, qualitative and quantitative in a research activity, so that more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective data will be obtained. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show: transformational leadership through inspirational motivation with an index reaching 88.4, idealized influence with an index reaching 89, intellectual stimulation with an index reaching 85.3, and individual consideration with an index reaching 83.5, it is concluded that transformational leadership through these indicators can improve the practice of relational marketing and can build the image of PTM throughout the Cirebon Region. Furthermore, the practice of relational marketing mediates the effect of transformational leadership through inspirational motivation, idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration on the image of PTM.
This study on wheat demand in Indonesia attempto know the factors influencing the wheat demand and to what extent it is influenced.The data used in this study is a time series of 1967 to 1986, and regression analysis was employed with static double log model.The result indicates that the price elasticity of demand for wheat is not elastic, while the income elasticity of demand is elastic. The cross price elasticity of demand of rice is not elastic.Variables that consistently influence demand of wheat are, wheat price, rice price, and income. While for sugar, egg, milk, there is no strong eyidencce indicating that they are the wheat complements. It can not be concluded either that corn is the substitut of wheat
