Dalam Islam Perkawinan beda agama dilarang oleh kebanyakan ulama. Hal ini merujuk pada al-Qur’an surat al-Baqarah ayat 221 dan Qur’an surat al-Mumtahanah ayat 10, Namun akibat adanya pandangan yang berbeda tentang hukum perkawinan beda agama, hal ini berdasarkan Alquran surat al-Ma‟idah ayat 5. Disamping itu juga terdapat kontradiktif tentang aturan pernikahan beda agama antara Pasal 56 Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkwainan yang membuka peluang untuk dilakukannya pernikhan beda agama dengan Kompilasi Hukum Islam Pasal 44 Kompilasi Hukum yang menutup sama sekalai pernikahan beda agama. Oleh sebab itu banyak terjadi perkawinan beda agama di kalangan umat Islam, dan menimbulkan masalah yaitu bagaimana kawin beda agama ini dipandang baik menurut hukum Islam, dan hukum positip Indonesia. Penelitian ini bersifat diskriptik analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Data yang sudah terkumpul dianalisa secara kualitatif dengan metode berfikir deduktif dan induktif. Pada akhirnya nanti dapat disimpulkan bahwa hakikat pernikahan adalah sebuah kontrak sosial, sehingga segala hal mengenai pernikahan sudah seyogyanya dikembalikan pada nilai-nilai subyektifitas yang akan melaksanakannya, sekalipun terdapat pelarangan seharusnya lebih bersifat sosiologis, bukan teologis dan realisasinyapun harus melalui fakta yang empirik bukan hanya prasangka-prasangka yang mengakibatkan sentimen kolektif terhadap komunitas lain
This study aims to analyze the management of teacher professional development at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri throughout Langkat Regency. This study used a multi-site qualitative method where data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Management of Teacher Professionalism Development in State Madrasah Aliyah throughout Langkat Regency is directed at efforts to develop teacher professionalism in the form of increasing expertise, and skills, broadening horizons, coaching carried out on the initiative and in collaboration with the regional government and the District Ministry of Religion. Langkat through planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating activities contained in various forms of activities, including K-13 socialization training and the covid curriculum, computer training, MGMP, supervision, making efforts for teachers to attend seminars, workshops, also seeking to add to the collection of books -books in the library.
With the research title The Implementation of Disk Murattal Learning Media in Improving Learning Understanding of Alquran Hadith in Class VII MTs Students. Private Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak. The problems found in the research location were: 1). The learning and teaching process in madrassas, teachers in the field of study of Al-qur'an hadith have not involved students directly with the digital Al-qur'an application from the subject matter of the Al-qur'an hadith study area taught so that students have not been trained in solving various field problems study of Al-qur'an hadith. 2). The unavailability of media that supports learning and teaching activities of Al-quran Hadith in madrasas. The focus of this research is that the researcher focuses on the application of Concept and the efforts made by the teacher in the Al-quran Hadith study field to improve students' reasoning abilities. 1). The influence of digital Al-quran-based Concept on students' reasoning abilities in the concept of understanding and memorizing Al-quran verses by students of the Tarbiyah Waladiyah Island Many Private Tsanawiyah Madrasah is significant, namely the application of the model helps students to better understand the subject matter. 2). Improved reasoning skills of students on indicators of creative thinking, flexible thinking, original thinking, and detailed thinking after the application of Concept to students of Tarbiyah Waladiyah Island Banyak Madrasah Tsanawiyah. 3). Student activities when applied to Concept in the Al-quran hadith study at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak, students responded well.
Keberadaan teknologi informasi sangat membantu Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di MTs Nurul Islam Desa Suka Maju dalam proses belajar mengajar sehingga lebih mudah dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran dan membuat siswa lebih aktif dalam belajar. Keberadaan media digital berupa teknologi informasi ini sangat membantu sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang baik. Saat ini pembelajaran telah dilakukan tatap muka, namun bila ada materi yang belum dipahami siswa dapat dilakukan interaksi tanya jawab melalui pesan singkat whatshapp. Tugas-tugas juga diberikan melalui media whatsapp tersebut dan untuk menunjukkan kedisiplinan siswa tersebut maka ditentukan waktu bertanya secara daring sehingga lebih tertib dan mendidik siswa untu disiplin. MTs Nurul Islam Desa Suka Maju telah memanfaatkan teknologi digital dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dan informasi yaitu semartphone dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Saat ini pemanfaatan media digital tersebut masih dilakukan mengingat dapat mendukung pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Tugas-tugas dan pengumuman serta informasi lainnya dapat segera diketahui siswa melalui grup whatsapp yang ada sehingga memudahkan guru dan siswa. Setiap kegiatan belajar mengajar selalu diisi dengan kegiatan diskusi kelas sehingga partisipasi siswa tinggi. guru memposisikan diri sebagai fasilitator dan meluruskan bila terjadi penyimpangan terhadap pembahasan materi. Proses belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam lebih ditekankan pada aplikasi langsung dan praktek sehingga tidak membosankan bagi siswa dan lebih mudah dipahami. Guru juga menunjukkan semangat dalam mendidik karena saat ini dengan adanya teknologi informasi proses pendidikan lebih mudah. Selain itu, siswa juga memiliki semangat dalam menerima materi pelajaran yang diberikan khususnya materi pelajaran Pendidikan Agam Islam.

Motivation is what encourages them to carry out an activity or job. it is this motivation that a person will be more successful in a lesson. So, motivation will always determine the intensity of learning efforts for students. And it needs to be emphasized that motivation is closely related to goals. To support the interest in learning for each individual, there must be motivation in learning, because that motivation will move the person to do something, in this case, learning. With diligent effort and primarily based on motivation, someone who learns will be able to produce good achievements.
