This article aims to explore and improve the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) by implementing interdisciplinary collaboration strategies. The research method involved in-depth interviews with IRE lecturers at ULM, gaining in-depth insights into implementing cross-disciplinary collaboration to improve professionalism. The surprising research results revealed that cross-disciplinary cooperation is essential in enriching IRE teaching methods beyond conventional boundaries. Integrating disciplines such as psychology, technology, and pedagogy allows for adjustments to students' diverse learning styles, shifting the teaching paradigm to be more holistic, adaptive, and responsive to current educational dynamics. In addition to confirming the need for continuous professional development for educators, this study also identified several challenges that must be overcome to strengthen the professionalism of IRE educators, including financial limitations, insufficient social recognition, and rapid technological development. Recommendations from this study include the development of holistic and technology-based continuing training programs and advocacy to increase social recognition and appreciation of the critical role of IRE educators in facing the growing complexities and demands of modern education.

This study aims to improve critical thinking skills in students in class IV Mis Al-Furqon Klumpang Kebun in Social Science (IPS) subjects using flipbook media that has been developed. The type of research used is research and development (RnD), which is research used to develop a particular product and test the effectiveness of the product. Media development in this study used the ADDIE research design, which is a development model consisting of five stages including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research develops a product in the form of Flipbook-based digital media on Social Studies subjects which is then tested for feasibility by material experts, media experts, and Class IV students of MIS Al- Furqon Klumpang Kebun. The subjects of this study were 18 fourth grade students. The object of this research is the development of flipbook-based digital media. Based on the results of this research and development, it is concluded that this flipbook-based digital media meets the assessment criteria that have been proven by the material validation score with a score of 3.5 and a media validation score of 4.0 with a recapitulation result of 3.75 which is included in the very valid category. This shows that flipbook-based digital media is included in valid criteria and is suitable for use as teaching materials for teachers and students

Developing social competence of madrasa teachers is increasingly popular in the classroom, but of these teachers, mixed results (without clear reasons) are reported. This study aims to see if increasing the use of problem-based learning (PBL) by madrasa aliyah or senior high school teachers in Indonesia increases their social competency in education. This study employed a quasi-experimental technique and data from PBL intervention program to investigate how PBL is connected with teacahers’ social competency and was analyzed using a t-test. In general, the social competence of madrasa teachers is solely treated as a predictor of the practice of teaching Islamic religious education. Still, we discovered that the greater use of PBL in learning can favorably affect the social competence of madrasa teachers. PBL is positively associated with student involvement and teaching in learning among the madrasa teacher social competency subscales. However, according to data analysis, students’ favorable responses to Islamic religious education learning practices can moderate the link between PBL and the social competency of madrasa instructors. This study has significance for the PBL model’s growth in strengthening the social competency of madrasa teachers learning Islamic religious education.
