To reduce the crowds during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bogor City Government implemented an odd-even system for all vehicles in the city of Bogor at the end of the operation. Since the implementation of this policy, many opinions have been conveyed through social media. An analysis is needed to find out how effective the policy is based on public opinion. For this reason, an analysis of the sentiment application of the odd-even system for vehicles in the city of Bogor was carried out during the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine the accuracy, recall, and precision and calculate the amount of emotion obtained from sentiment analysis by using several algorithms for the application and application of selection features that can provide sentiment information related to the effectiveness of the software system in Bogor City. The research stages started from the selection of data, pre-processing, implementation, validation, and evaluation. Based on this research, it can be found that the Support Vector Machine algorithm with the application of Particle Swarm Optimization shows the results of the greatest assessment on the system sentiment analysis test in the city of Bogor during the pandemic with a value of 73.07%. In total, the sentiment of implementing the odd-even system to declare in Bogor City shows an expression of the joy of 45.45%.

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan perkembangan teknologi pada saat ini sudah semakin pesat, dimana hampir semua pekerjaan sudah menggunakan teknologi. Berbagai macam fasilitas disediakan untuk memenuhi pekerjaan dalam kehidupan. Perkembangan juga terjadi pada sistem pendidikan termasuk kedalam pendaftaran peserta didik baru, dimana pada masa seperti ini, online menjadi salah satu pilihan untuk mendaftar agar lebih mudah. SMA Uswatun Hasanah masih melakukan pendaftaran peserta didik baru secara manual, dimana perlu banyak petugas dan membutuhkan beberapa buku sebagai pencatatan yang sering kali terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi yang efektif dan efisien. Pengembangan sistem informasi penerimaan peserta didik baru di rancangan menggunakan Incremental Model. Dengan menggunakan incremental model dapat membantu untuk mengurangi biaya karena manajemen sederhana dan resiko untuk kegagalan proyek secara keseluruhan lebih rendah sehingga perangkat lunak dapat segera digunakan dengan tepat waktu, tepat biaya, mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada serta bisa disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan yang diinginkan para pengguna.
The Senayan City Employee Cooperative is a cooperative that operates in the field of savings and loans and at the same time manages a shop business unit, buying and selling transactions are only recorded in Microsoft Excel format, when sales transactions are not immediately recorded so mistakes often occur. For this reason, we designed a sales and purchase information system design at the Senayan City Employee Cooperative using desktop-based java NetBeans, with the aim of creating a computerized system so that it could be used by the cooperative management. The software development methodology used in this research includes software requirements analysis, design, code generation, testing, and support. The results obtained from this research are the need for a cash sales accounting information system, cash receipts and sales reports that can assist cooperative managers in making decisions
