The current study aimed to investigate the factors affecting investment decision making. Moreover, the moderating effects of age, gender, and financial information were also tested. The study utilized a quantitative research design for that the data was collected using a structured questionnaire. The questionnaire was sent to 570 individuals out of that 374 questionnaires were returned however 372 of the questionnaires were found to be useable. The study framework had 6 constructs namely heuristics, financial information, corporate governance, risk aversion, and experience were independent variables while investment decision making was dependent variable while age, gender and financial education were moderating variables. All the latent construct were measured using multi items based on 5 point Likert scales from 1 strongly disagree to 5 strongly disagree. The results found the Heuristics, Risk Aversion, Financial Information, Corporate Governance and Experience to be significant factors affecting the investment decision making. Moreover, the moderating effect of gender was found to be significant in the relationship of (financial information, corporate governance, and experience) and investment decision making. The moderating effect of age was found to be significant in the relationship of (Heuristics, Corporate Governance, and Experience) and investment decision making while the moderating role of financial education was found to be significant in the relationship of (financial information, corporte governance and experience) and investment decision making.
Open learning model as well as conventional learning model is a learning model that is able to enable students in acquiring knowledge and learning experiences. The purpose of this research is to know the difference of learning result between students taught by using model of open matter problem and conventional learning model on the subject of wake up space. This research was conducted at SMP Al Badri Arjasa Jember in February 2018. The research subjects were 70 students in two classes namely class VIII -A and class VIII -B. This research uses experimental design that is, one experiment class and one control class. The results obtained in the study are learning outcomes using open-ended learning model and conventional learning model. T-test conducted shows that there are differences. Average learning outcomes of experimental class students after treatment was 69.657 while the control class learning outcome was 56.886. The conclusion that can be drawn from data analysis and discussion result is difference of student learning result by using model of open learning problem with conventional learning model, and model of open learning problem is suitable to be applied to the subject of student room of SMP Al Badri Arjasa Jember.This is an open access article under the CC-BY-SA license. <em>The potential for zakat in Indonesia is increasing over time. However, the value of the increase in zakat receipts is not proportional to the potential of zakat. Research on zakat behavior using digital platforms is important considering the lack of realization of zakat collection compared to the existing potential. This study develops the UTAUT model by adding knowledge of zakat as a moderated variable. A quantitative approach is used in this research. The number of respondents in this study was 200 who were obtained through convenience sampling based on questionnaires distributed online. Data analysis was performed using partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that performance expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions had a positive effect on behavioral intention to use digital zakat payment. Meanwhile, the moderating effect shows that knowledge of zakat moderates the relationship between performance expectancy and behavioral intention. These results have implications for the need to increase the effectiveness of digital zakat payments, have influencers who educate about zakat payments using digital, and increase the choice of zakat management institutions that accommodate digital payments so that the intention of muzakki to pay zakat using digital payments is increasing. The moderating effect implies that for muzakki who have higher knowledge of zakat, the level of trust and effectiveness of digital payments can increase the desire to pay zakat through digital payments.</em>
PENDAHULUANPendidikan pada dasarnya adalah proses mem bantu manusia dalam mengembangkan dirinya sehingga mampu menghadapi segala perubahan dan permasalahan dengan sikap terbuka. Pendidikan adalah hal yang harus dipenuhi untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup bangsa Indonesia agar dengan bangsa lain. Oleh karena itu sistem pendidikan nasional harus mampu memberikan jaminan pendidikan yang sama untuk seluruh indonesia untuk menghadapi perkembangan pendidikan.Kegiatan belajar mengajar adalah suatu kondisi yang dengan sengaja diciptakan. Sadiman, dkk (1996) mengemukakan bah wa seseorang belajar karena ada yang mengajar. Mengajar dapat dipandang sebagai kegiatan atau proses yang terarah, terencana dan mengusahakan agar terjadinya proses belajar pada diri seseorang. Gurulah yang membelajarkan siswa. Guru yang mengajar dan siswa yang belajar. Perpaduan antara dua unsur manu siawi ini lahirlah interaksi edukatif yang memanfaatkan bahan sebagai mediumnya. Belajar merupakan salah satu faktor yang berperan penting dalam pembentukan perilaku seseorang. Belajar juga dapat diartikan sebagai tahapan perubahan seluruh tingkah laku individu yang relatif menetap sebagai hasil dari pengalaman dan interaksi dengan lingkungan yang melibatkan pada aktivitas siswa (proses). Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalah (1) bagaimana kepercayaan primitif masyarakat (kepercayaan asli), dan (2) akulturasi kebudayaan Hindu-Budha dengan kebudayaan asli di Pulau Lombok-NTB. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode historis dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mnganalisis peristiwa-peristiwa dimasa lampau. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik heuristik dan analisis data bersifat analisis data kualitatif. Hasil kajian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepercayaan awal masyarakat Sasak di Pulau Lombok dipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan religius magis. Pada masyarakat Sasak dikenal juga kepercayaan animism, dinamisme dan totemisme. Kebudayaan masyarakat sebelumnya, setelah kedatangan pengaruh Hindu-Budha terutama setelah pengaruh kerajaan Hindu Bali menganeksasi secara defakto kerajaan Lombok di Mataram Cakra Negara, beberapa kebudayaan yang di bawa oleh orang-orang Bali mampu beradaptasi dengan budaya local, bahkan sampai saat ini budaya yang dikembangkannya tersebut menjadi salah satu budaya dari masyarakat Sasak, seperti dalam hal kesenian, bangunan, aksara dan lain sebagainya. This paper aims to answer the problems (1) how the primitive belief of the community (original belief), and (2) acculturation of Hindu-Buddhist culture with indigenous culture in Lombok Island-NTB. This study uses historical method with the aim to describe and analyze the events of the past. Data collection techniques using heuristic techniques and data analysis are qualitative data analysis. The results of this study can be concluded that the initial belief of the Sasak community on Lombok Island is influenced by magical religious beliefs. In Sasak society also known animist beliefs, dynamism and totemism. Previously, after the arrival of Hindu-Buddhist influences, especially after the influence of the Hindu Balinese empire defacto the Lombok kingdom in Mataram Cakra Negara, several cultures brought by the Balinese are able to adapt to the local culture, even today the culture it develops become one of the cultures of the Sasak community, as in terms of art, buildings, script and so forth.
