The purpose of this study was to see the effect of capital structure, company performance and corporate governance on corporate value. In manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The sample selected by purposive sampling method and valid data were 71 companies. The data processing technique uses multiple regression analysis assisted by the Study program 10. The results of this study indicate that the capital structure is not significant to firm value. Company performance has a significant positive effect on firm value and corporate governance is not significantly negative on firm value. The implication of this research is the need to improve capital structure, company performance and corporate governance to increase activities that will increase company value which will provide a good signal for investors.
The purpose of this study is to examine whether or not the effect of leverage on firm value with management ownership and free cash flow as moderating variabel practice of manufacture firms listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2012-2014. Thirty five sample are selected by purposive sampling and used ordinary least square method to analysis. This study used secondary data such as firm financial statement that published during the observation year. Dependent variabel in this study is firm value practice of real estate firms listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange, while the independent variabels are leverage, management ownership, and free cash flow. The result shows that the impact of leverage is significant on firm value; Free Cash Flow is significant moderating leverage on firm, Management Ownership is not significant moderating leverage on firm value

The study used purposive sampling as its sampling method on manufacture companies that’s listed on BEI for years 2015-2017. Information for this research was acquired from multiple online sources that store financial reports of companies. This research used Eckel Index to determine if a corporation did an income smoothing on its financial report or not. The results were significant relationships between board independence and income smoothing and between profitability and income smoothing while insignificant relationships were found in between leverage and income smoothing and between firm size and income smoothing. To improve this study there are mulitple ways that has been written in conclusion part.
This study aims to determine the effect of CSR Index to the value and performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), and to find out how much the ability of the variable CSR Index in explaining the variable Tobin’s Q, ROA, and ROE manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This study uses data sampled during the 75 years from 2007 to 2009. A statistical method used to test the research hypothesis is a simple linear regression model. Therefore, before performing hypothesis testing carried out tests of classical assumptions. The results of this study prove that, CSR Index has a significant effect on Tobin’s Q and ROE with 95% confidence level. However, CSR Index has no significant influence on ROA with 95% confidence level.
