The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of the value of trade, investment, the exchange rate of the rupiah against the dollar, industrial added value, and oil consumption and carbon dioxide emissions on Indonesia's economic growth. This study uses data from 1986 to 2018 and uses the ECM model. The results of this study are the value of trade, investment, exchange rates and industrial added value have an influence on economic growth both in the short and long term. Oil consumption and CO 2 emissions only have an influence in the long run. CO 2 emissions are the engine of economic growth, so Indonesia must change its economic development strategy that is environmentally friendly so that the next generation can utilize natural resources without damaging the environment. The use of natural resources in development needs to pay attention to environmental conditions so that environmental ecosystems are not disturbed.
29 The aircraft handling in the airport, named as ground handling, has important role and function in maintaining the aviation safety. In accordance with the stated procedures, ground handling operations must be obeyed and held appropriately. The accident related with aircraft mishandling was happened on Turkish Airlines flight number 981 which departed from Istanbul, Turkey, to London via Paris at 3 March 1974. The accident took place shortly after flew out of Paris area. The cargo door at the lower aft of aircraft was detached and causing decompression and cutting off the control cables of the aircraft. The pilot lost control and the aircraft crashed. All 346 of the passengers and cabin crews of the McDonnel Douglas DC-10 aircraft found dead. In the effort of improving the aviation safety, particularly in the airport, it is necessary to examine the human factor of ground handling in the air side of the airport. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of ground handling and propose the operational management which can prevent the occurrence of human error. The results of this study indicate that ground handling works with high Human Error Probability (HEP) are forward air stair that is placed hastily by ground handling personnel that it collides with the aircraft, falling baggage from bag carts, and collision of tugs and tractor due to narrow area. All of three works with high HEP have the score of 0.1800 whilst the operator who does not lock the forward air stair has the score of 0.0900. Sesuai prosedur dalam sistem operasional harus benar-benar ditaati dan dijalankan. Peristiwa yang pernah terjadi pada Turkish Airlines penerbangan nomor 981 yang melakukan penerbangan dari Istanbul, Turki menuju London melalui Paris kemudian pada tanggal 3 Maret 1974, pesawat tersebut berakhir celaka sesaat setelah keluar wilayah Paris. Pintu kargo di bagian belakang bawah pesawat terlepas. Menyebabkan dekompresi dan memutus kabel-kabel kontrol pesawat. Pilot kehilangan kontrol atas pesawat sehingga pesawat kemudian jatuh menukik. Semua penumpang dan awak pesawat McDonnel Douglas DC-10 yang berjumlah 346 ditemukan tewas. Sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan keselamatan penerbangan khususnya di bandar udara, maka perlu dilakukan kajian tentang human factor tentang ground handling di sisi udara. Maksud kajian adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana peran ground handling di bandar udara dan bagaimana manajemen dalam mencegah faktor human error. The implementation of educational activities involved a learning process including knowledge and skills with developing student character. However, in the learning process, there are some problems occur. The problems were usually related to the negative attitudes and traits shown by students. The negative attitudes and traits shown by students are caused by low self-esteem. The purpose of this study was to describe the alternative counselling interventions through Guidance and Counseling, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to increase students' self-esteem and to show the effect of self-esteem on students' subjective well-being. This research used a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis, where the data comes from the study of literature assertive training, cognitive, behavioural, and modelling. The result of this study is self-esteem and subjective well-being can improve by Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy or REBT.
This study aims to identify the highest air pollution areas and to estimate household marginal willingness to pay for air quality improvement. The result of Kriging technique indicates that six sub districts in Yogyakarta City and one sub district in Gunungkidul have highest concentration of particle pollution (PM10). The result of hedonic price method conclude that by adopting a two-stage estimation procedure an 1% increase in the level of PM10 reduced property prices in the study area by 0.32%. Marginal implicit price for reducing PM10 is Rp 957,900.00. This study aims to determine the level of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach to drug addicts. This significant level will be examined from the results of previous studies. This research uses a meta-analysis method. Meta-analysis is a study of research results in similar problems. The unit of analysis in the study is written documents about the research approach to Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) in the form of journal articles and research reports taken purposively based on their suitability with the research theme. The main instrument of this research is the researchers themselves assisted with documentation guidance. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of quantitative data with the percentage and analysis of qualitative data for data from the results of narrative studies of the studies encountered. The results showed that the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach plays a role in increasing the ability to control emotions such as anxiety and aggressiveness, the ability to eliminate negative thoughts and self-destructive behaviors, and changes in the support of irrational thinking, with limited behavioral changes.
This study aims to analyze the effect of public spending, macroeconomic variables, and BPK opinion on economic growth. This study is motivated by the inequality of fiscal policy effectiveness between regions in Indonesia in influencing the economic growth of different regions, the ability of local governments to attract foreign investors, and the transparency of regional financial management in designing development programs to encourage regional economic growth. The analytical tool in this study is a dynamic panel regression model with data from 2008 to 2017. The results of this study show that, in the short term, the population affects regional economic growth, while in the long term, the economic growth is affected by the number of people, the poor, General Allocation Fund, health budget, foreign investment and BPK opinion. The findings of this study are that in the long term the General Allocation Fund becomes an obstacle to economic growth, this is because the general allocation funds is widely used to cover the lack of funds for routine regional activities, thereby reducing activities for development programs. Another research finding is that fiscal policies carried out by local governments make a small and ineffective contribution to promoting economic growth.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of government spending (Education, Health, Housing and Public Facilities, and Social Protection), GRDP, DAU, and population on the poverty of the provinces in Indonesia. The method in this study uses the Regression Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) panel model with 32 provinces. The data used is secondary data with a period of 2010-2020 sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK), and provincial sites from each region.
