One of the most common cases of disease in Indonesia is dengue hemorrhagic fever. Jombang region is one of the areas whose people are infected with dengue fever because every year there must be cases and cases that occur is also high. Various efforts have been made to prevent the spread of the disease. Among the 3M program (Drain, Closing, and Bury), fumigation (fogging) in each area that is endemic DHF. But still there are victims, even increasing from the years. From these problems is also required system capable of providing relief. With this problem then built a Web-Based Geographic Information System that can help people to know the actual spread of dengue fever. Geographic Information System is a collection of computer systems that store, process, manipulate, analyze geography data into quality information related to geographic objects. Within the Geographic Information System itself there are two important elements of Geographic Data used as a reference for attribute data, and the attribute data itself used to support spatial or geographical information. The design of the map to be displayed in this application using Google Maps API, while the methodology in the development of this system using waterfall method that includes system analysis, system design, system implementation and testing. In making this Web-based Geographic Information System uses MySQL as database to store the required data and use PHP as the programming language. The purpose of making Geographic Information System is to help Jombang District Health Office in providing information to the community about the spread of dengue fever so that it can reduce the number of patients each year. Agriculture is an important sector that can not be separated in determining the formation of various economic and social reality of society in various regions of Indonesia. Most of the livelihoods of the Indonesian community are covered by agriculture. In daily life for farmers there are still many problems or constraints such as crop failure due to less suitable land for plant growth, climate uncertainty and others. So in this case will be made information system that will provide recommendations for farmers in determining the use of plant species in accordance with the conditions of land in certain areas.This application use the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a method that will take the decision of some criteria by calculating the weight ratio or value on each type of plant and will produce information in the form of cropratings are recommended. So that decision support system with AHP method can be used as one solution in solving the problem of choosing the use of plants in accordance with the condition of the land in certain areas. <p class="western" align="justify"><span><em>Penerapan sistem informasi dalam berbagai proses kehidupan sehari-hari mengakibatkan adanya penumpukan data. Klasifikasi </em></span><span><em>adalah sebuah proses dalam data mining yang dugunakan untuk melakukan analisa data dengan tujuan menghasilkan model-model untuk menggambarkan kelas yang terkandung dalam data. Pada Penelitian ini, algoritma ID3 digunakan untuk melakukan klasifikasi data calon peserta didik. </em></span><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, serif;"><span><span><em>Penelitihan ini menggunakan model penelitian kualitatif dengan mengggunakan aplikasi tool bantuan rapidminer untuk melakukan proses klasifikasi. Data yang diolah merupakan data yang didapatkan dari survey melalui media google form. </em></span></span></span></span><span><em>Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh sebuah model klasifikasi dengan menggunakan Algoritma Interative Dichotomizer(id3) yang dapat dikembangkan ke dalam sebuah sistem informasi penerimaan calon peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan klasifikasi data peserta didik ”tidak mampu” atau “mampu” pada yayasan pondok pesantren bahrul ulum jombang dalam bentuk pohon keputusan. Dari pohon keputusan itu didapatkan data bahwa 50,72 % (35 orang) dalam klasifikasi tidak mampu, dan 49,27 % (34 orang) termasuk klasifikasi mampu dari total keseluruhan 69 data calon peserta didik</em></span></p>
The main purpose of establishing an information system is to facilitate human work easier. In this study, the Point of Sales (POS) information system is a system that regulates the flow and also the sale and purchase reports or transactions as well as incoming goods from the production process. The latest goal is that the system can provide valid reports, both transaction reports and goods reports. Therefore the author develops a system that has been running at PT. MAAN GHODAQO SHIDDIQ LESTARI which still uses a Microsoft Excel based on the system. Where the system is still using manual methods in processing transaction data and incoming goods. In the development of this application, the author uses the UML modelling language (Unified Modeling Language). While in the implementation stage the author uses the PHP programming language for servers and warehouse administrators and uses Basic4android programming language for sales. The result of the development of the system is an integrated POS information system, in that integration is expected to be able to regulate sales transactions and also incoming goods from the production process.
