The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of customization purchase intention of Smartphones, entertainment, interaction, social media marketing, trendiness, and Word-of-Mouth on purchase intention of Smartphones. The study uses a quantitative method by distributing online questionnaires to 217 consumers in Banten Indonesia and the method of distributing questionnaires is a snowball sampling system. Data processing and testing of hypotheses and models in this study are based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research has benefits in increasing knowledge and information for companies about the importance of brand awareness through increasing influencing factors such as social media marketing and word of mouth. Based on the results of SmartPLS analysis, Interaction, Word-of-Mouth, Social media marketing, Entertainment and Trendiness have insignificant effects on purchase intentions of Smartphones while Customization has significant effects on purchase intentions of Smartphones during.
How does labor migration affect Indonesian forests? In the mountains of Java, where political forests and plantations date back to colonial state land acquisitions in the nineteenth century, forests are being reconstituted and reconfigured by unusual subjects: the wives and daughters of contracted forest workers and other forest farmers. Working as maids and other domestic laborers in Hong Kong and other prosperous Asian cities, these landless women are sending home remittances to invest in rural resources and changing the understory of the political forest where their husbands and fathers are required to remain available for formal forest labor. Slowly, without really intending to, these women have regendered the forest, not completely ousting the men or the masculine associations with logging and resin collection, but making inroads into the control of the forest lands via the under-used understory. This article tells how poor, landless women, marginalized as forest residents and as free household labor, reforestation farmers, and poor agricultural laborers, signed up to work as maids in Hong Kong and ended up remaking the forest.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of independent commissioners, managerial ownership, foreign ownership, debt, and audit quality on the performance of company shares included in LQ 45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample is LQ 45 companies that issued financial statements as much as 120 companies with analysis technique used is multiple regression with one dependent variable and five independent variables. The results showed that foreign ownership, debt and audit quality have significant and positive effects on company performance. Moreover, the insider share ownership and the composition of independent commissioners were proven to not significantly affect company performance. This finding is practically useful to expand the possibility of foreign ownership, facilitate regulation of debt and quality audit obligations to improve stock performance. This study offers a new perspective on the implementation of good corporate governance in the context of the performance of liquid stocks on the stock exchange.
ABSTRAK Pemasaran merupakan elemen yang penting dalam menjalankan bisnis, sehingga dalam awal perencanaan bisnis diperlukan waktu untuk memikirkan metode pemasaran apa yang benar sehingga barang atau jasa yang dijual laku di pasar. Hal ini dikarenakan perencanaan bisnis diawal akan mempengaruhi keberhasilan bisnis, termasuk metode/cara pemasaran apa dan bagaimana caranya dilakukan oleh para pelaku usaha. Masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh generasi muda dalam memulai bisnis adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dalam membangun sebuah bisnis yang memiliki prospek yang baik, dan juga kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pemasaran digital, khususnya media sosial dan e-commerce. Kurangnya pengetahuan ini tentang pemasaran digital telah menginspirasi tim pengabdian masyarakat untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan memberikan pelatihan tentang penggunaan ini teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Jika generasi muda mengerti pentingnya pemasaran digital untuk peluang bisnis, mereka adalah diharapkan dapat termotivasi untuk menggunakan digital marketing sebagai sarana komunikasi untuk membuka peluang bisnis mereka, dan dapat mempraktekannya secara langsung dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dan e-commerce. Berdasarkan masalah utama mitra yaitu kurangnya informasi manajemen pemasaran, solusi yang ditawarkan kepada mitra adalah dengan memberikan materi terkait pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, dan simulasi. Target yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan implementasi dari pengenalan digital marketing pada generasi muda dalam upaya memotivasi dan meningkatkan semangat kewirausahaan untuk generasi muda.
Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Price Perception, Product Quality and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions on Sari Roti consumers in Wonodri Village Semarang. The population in this study were all consumers who bought Sari Roti in Indomart. The sample is 130 people. The sampling technique used is stratified proportional sampling. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study: There is a positive and significant influence between Price Perception on Purchasing Decisions, There is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions, There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions, Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between Price Perception , Product Quality and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions.
