The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on all aspects of life, including Indonesian banking. Furthermore, there has been a rapid growth of both Islamic and conventional banking industries. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the differences in the financial ratios of capital adequacy ratio, non-performing loans/non-performing financing, return on asset, return on equity, operating expense to operating income, as well as loan to deposit ratio/financing todeposit ratio of Islamic and conventional banking during the COVID-19 pandemic. Acomparative analysis method was used with a quantitative approach, and data analysis was carried out using the independent sample t-test and the Mann-Whitney rank test. The results showed that during the COVID-19 pandemic, there were significant differences in the financial performance ratios of capital adequacy ratio, non-performing loans/non-performing financing, return on asset, return on equity, operating expense to operating income, and loan to deposit ratio/financing to deposit ratio for both Islamic and conventional banking. Moreover, conventional banking tends to have better financial performance compared to Islamic bankingduring the COVID-19 pandemic. The implication of this study is that the public can find out the financial position of both Islamic and conventional banks and make comparisons to ascertain which one has a better financial position in times of crisis.
COVID-19 has driven pedagogical transformation in the most unexpected and sudden way in education history. Students must switch from face-to-face to distance learning. Trough quantitative research model, this study aims to describe high school students' perceptions of distance learning. Samples were collected from school which might prepare their students for distance learning. Using a questionnaire data collection technique, a sample of 70 high school students received 40 questions derived from three perceptual indicators, namely absorption, understanding, and assessment. The results of this study's absorption, understanding, and assessment indicator scores which were higher than the median indicated that students' perceptions of distance learning were typically positive. This occurs as a result of collaboration between students, teachers, and school staff to accomplish effective distance learning.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan ragam pertanyaan dan teknik bertanya pengajar BIPA dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Pendekatan dan desain penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengajar BIPA cenderung menuturkan ragam pertanyaan yang berupa pertanyaan referensial, pertanyaan pancingan, pertanyaan klarifikasi, pertanyaan konfirmasi, dan pertanyaan pemahaman. Aspek-aspek teknik bertanya yang baik dalam pembelajaran yaitu menjaga pemelajar tetap fokus pada proses tanya jawab, menyusun pertanyaan dengan sangat baik, menyediakan waktu tunggu, memberikan umpan balik yang positif, dan memeriksa jawaban untuk diperbaiki telah dilakukan oleh pengajar.

Users can employ multiple, multimodal resources in the expression of their identity due to the recent technological capabilities of social media. No one is exempt from using Instagram as a social media platform. Instagram allows users to promote themselves in a variety of ways, including images, videos, and words. This study aims to examine Instagram users' online identity-building strategy, as well as the visual, enumerative, and self-labelling practices that exist, as well as the creative words that appear. Speeches, words, and videos of Instagram influencers were used as data sources for this study. In furthermore, the language is analyzed to identify Instagram users' online identity-building strategies, as well as types of visual, enumerative, and self-labelling practices, and creative words that arise. As a result, the strategies of Instagram social media users in Indonesia to build online identity are diverse. The same applies to visual, enumerative, and self-labelling practices. However, Instagram social media users are trying to form the self-labelling that many people want / desire. Creative words that appear are abbreviations, additions, acronyms, and cultural acculturation. Identity on social media Instagram can be different from the real identity because identity on social media is not only about who we are but also how other people expect and who we want for others.
