This study aims to provide an assessment of project-based learning on classroom construction material for class V SDN 250 Sinar Gading II. Implementation of research with a qualitative approach by applying the CIPP evaluation model. Implementation of the overall evaluation of the aspects of context, input, process, and output of results/products to assess the effectiveness of project-based learning. The subjects were teachers and fourth grade students at SDN 250 Sinar Gading II. The data were obtained by primary and secondary observations and the data were analyzed and described. The overall project-based learning on the material for the V grade students of SDN 250 Sinar Gading II was very good.
Keefektifan pembelajaran PKn terletak pada guru menyajikan materi dengan baik. Media yang digunakan harus sesuai dengan gaya belajar siswa. Penelitian ini mengkaji efektifitas media terhadap gaya belajar siswa SD. Metode kajian kepustakaan (library research) terkait hasil ujimedia dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran siswa. Namun hal tersebut berbeda pada keefektifan media pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan di SDN 250 Sinar Gading II, SDN 101927 lubuk Pakam dan di SD 056587 Pantai Sampah pada kelas III memiliki ke efektifan berbeda. Media di SDN 250 Sinar Gading II belum efektif guru mengajar dengan metode konvensional. SDN 101927 Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam lebih efektif guru telah menggunakan proyektor dalam presentasi pembelajaran PKn. SDN 056587 Pantai Sampah sangat efektif guru berinovatif mampu menggunakan media dengan baik dalam pembelajaran PKn.
